okay. Maybe its not for me. This is a bit too oily leading to various stomach issues. Good efforts nonetheless and it looks amazing but my reservations with so much of fried up oil is always about the impact it will have on you. Plus when I make this, i keep the fish up so they get fried a little with hot oil then remove the oil with soup spoon before eating and use the oil to season my next bowl of soup. something frugal I learnt with experience. Thank you for sharing.
