Rodeo King! I have 3 30x that hold there shape and if you half to reshape very little steam and they will go back to it’s original shape.

If you have the money American Hat Company is IT. A close second is Rodeo King; these brands only if you like brims with 4 1/4 inch brim or bigger. The other brands if like the standard $ inch brim. These are my rankings.

So I am on my 3rd batch of this chili and here are my suggestions- Make sure to cut the stew meat down into smaller cubes. When you brown it JUST brown the outside don't cook it to well done. Flavor is a great unique flavor with a hint of smoky to it. Spice level is good but mild from the recipe...turn it up a bit with HOT jalapenos from the can or with some cayenne...whatever your choice. Also...this comes out a bit thin for me so some masa flour stirred in got it to a stellar gravy like consistency I like. In the end, for a spice pack, I would put it at the top of my current list for Chili.

Correct about us out in West Texas not wearing that crown. Usually only see bronc riders with it every now and then. It looks good though!

100X for everyday use? Unless you're a cattle/ oil tycoon, or a Mexican Narco then i believe it. Most cowboys I know that use felt hats wear Stetson 5X or 10X max! No effing way they'd wear a 100X felt. I myself have a 30X Stetson and I only wear it on certain occasions.

When is the shaping video coming out? Looks like a great hat. Great to see a handcrafted made in America hat and company. Might eventually either get a 100X or a 200X Felt at some point. Like my 8300 Straw hat (picked it up for a Christmas present for myself). Flying down to Texas from Feb 14th-25th, so i'll miss the hat shaping classes...damn

100x natural is my dream hat currently with 4 1/2” brim. I like the brown mixed in. Reminds me of the color of a linen haversack.
