QUESTION: losing 60% of sales to OTC stores; how do you combat the statement by customers who say “I’m using this for oily” , “this for the exfoliation”, and “this for brightening”. So yes they are using products to target their concerns, how do you tell them that synergistically all those diff brands and products won’t yield to the results they are looking for? Hope that makes sense : )

When I go to get a facial, I'm spending money and going there to get a facial, not have products pushed on me. I stopped going to an esthetician because I wasn't able to enjoy the facial. I was worried about the end of the facial when I would be pressured to buy something. I'm not going to refer a friend if I keep getting pressured. If I don't ask for products, don't lay a bunch in front of me at the end of my facial. :( "People remember how you make them feel." So don't make them feel pressure to spend more money.
