Both of them have amazing voices I could never compare them.

I’d say it’s very difficult to compare them since they both have quite different styles of singing, my personal opinion is that they are both amazing especially in the genres that they’re working in (I would love to see brendon make a heavy metal song tho, he definitely has the voice for it!)

I guarantee if Brendon didn’t branch out to other genres this comparison would be a lot tighter, but Brendon establishing himself and multi genre and appealing to a much wider audience has swayed the court of public opinion. I do love Fallout Boy’s overall sound, but there are honestly some songs which Patrick puts the band on his back (ironic considering Brendon is the only member of Panic LOL)

obviously patrick stump is the winner. his voice is beautiful and he doesn't strain his voice with trying to belt things that won't even sound good belted and instead uses his head voice which is amazing. brendon sounds very abrasive while patricia sounds like a warm hug and he also very yass. overall brendon is a 1/10 and patrick is a 11/10. he is number one goon and number one vocalist of all time
