Plateau Farms
США
Добавлен 21 дек 2023
Old tractors, newish tractors, first starts, engine rebuilds, machining, wrenching, and more...
Plateau Farms is a channel about bringing machines back to life, some of which just need to be woken up, while others get almost entirely rebuilt. Most projects get wrapped up in a single long-form video, but there inevitably will be some that span multiple. We strive for quality over quantity and show each step of the process in enough detail to understand, while keeping the videos and the turnaround time as short as possible.
We have a farm full of equipment that need some TLC, so there's plenty more ahead if you subscribe.

That's Awesome, Grandpa Ran a Cat D6 when we got into Construction in the 60's before they let him run the Bucyrus Erie Cable Machine Excavator, both With Plywood Seats and open Cab
Excellent video -- love what you guys are doing.
Cool video, shoulda checked compression before and After getting it Going
Would have been interesting, but I doubt it would've been too much different.
I love these Willys Jeeps, I had a 56 and a 59 utility and a Cj2a and Jeepster. I was thinking about buying an old wagon or pickup but they are pricey these days. I enjoyed this video guys keep up the good work.
No good!
😢❤
😊
Love those Farmall tractors ❤
Looking like it's rains alot where you're at. Good job fixing the Case tractor.
We get our share
I remember helping my Dad change those seat bushings ,way back in my youth.
Love to see these old tractors saved, and brought back to life. Awesome video guys.
Lots more old tractors to save yet.
@PlateauFarms we have 19 and got them all running.
Awesome content! Keep it going!
The world is your Oyster guys. Be well.
Great to see it running again!!
Another excellent video guys! I love the consistency of the trany oil shown at ~7:50 & 47:30, and nice "chunks" in the engine oil at 10:34. :) I've found an hydraulic press to be very beneficial for breaking tires off of wheels, much easier than the c-clamps and sledge shown at ~8:50. :) Clever idea for a tube a tube flap at 10:02. 14:15 WOO HOOO! 15:30 Gotta love that clutch goo..... well, maybe ya don't. I love when the planter is drug out at 24:30. 26:55 Ooooooo, the shop looks much better! So nice to have a dry place to work on equipment. Sweet job on removing the broken carb screw at 31:00. It's always amazing how much better a machine will look after a bit o' cleaning. I like the use of the sheet plastic to protect the seal as it was pushed over the axle shaft at 41:30.
Good job guys after 30 years sitting back to the life😊
SEAFOAM is the miracle fluid
Muito linda essa Rural parabéns 👌👏🇧🇷
Marvel mystery oil! Saturate those pistons and let it work it's magic! Cool rig guy's! I had an old Willies when I was 16, 2nd vehicle I bought, first being a 56 Chevy Apache when I was 15. Both were great old rigs, easy to work on, and that jeep would climb a tree in 4 low! It wasn't a wagon, it was a truck with a heavy duty flatbed and wood racks. Loved that thing! Cool rig, I'd just get it mechanically sound and drive as is!
i had a 48 overland with 3 on the tree-i had so much fun getting it running with my dad's help-ran for years-it hauled a lot of deer, put a flatbed on it and haul 30 bales
❤❤❤😂🎉🎉😢😮😮😮😅😊😅😊

idiots !!!!!
Não gostei 😢 Estão fazendo uma gambiarra 😢 Nem cavaletes eles tem!!!! Pra subir o carro!!!!! Estão de brincadeira, com nossa cara 😢
👏👏👏👏excelente!
Those are great trucks and I hope they go on to restore it more. That car is worthy of resurrection and restoration.
Q
Why would you even bother talking the covers off?.... just checking the oil and looking down the carb will tell you if any moisture is in the engine...even the plugs looked a good colour..
Restauré une jeep
Nice job guys. Take it from someone who has resurrected my share of cars. Wash the truck. It may not seem important but seeing a clean vehicle will give you more impetus to continue working on it.
Schönes Video Aber die Raupe braucht ein neuen Anstrich
❤Great vid those mighty machines were hard workers 👍👍👍👍👍👍
There'll be more on it sometime too.
Power fuel
shear lugging power
I'm glad you posted these great memories and look forward for the next video !!
A cool old car. Did it not occur to you guys to clean the windows? Not being critical; just asking.
It'll get a thorough cleaning next time we do anything with it. We left it filthy pretty much just for the comedic swamp car visual.
I am glad to see you guys put the front drive shaft in with all t h ar dirt and grease on the splines!
If you don't pre-grit things, they last too long.
Sounds like I e it is running on 3 cylinders!
