Hey everyone, welcome. Here you'll find Yu-Gi-Oh content mainly focused around rogue and casual decks, things most Yugitubers wouldn't focus on. I will showcase profiles, combo tutorials, and live duel videos. F.A. aka (Formula Athlete) is my personal favorite deck and the deck that I started this channel with. Expect to see F.A. videos every now and then. Otherwise stick around, you may find a lot of content here that you may really like.

Dragonbite is a very good normal summon for a Beetrooper variant of Ragnaraika and this video is here to explain why. I optimized my Ragnaraika Beetrooper decklist further. Check it out below! Ever looked into ursarctic yubel? As there's no dedicated normal summon for the deck, samsara d lotus can get you through the normal yubel line, but you just use the yubel in hand as fodder for the ursarctics. Also gives you access to phantom, which happens to be level 9 so coupled with the mega bears that can get you into polari/polar star if needed
@thehereandnow8673 Now that's spicy! As cool as that sounds, however, besides yubels being tribute fodder for the bears, there's hardly any synergy there. And the bears tribute not destroy unfortunately, so they can't even proc yubel monsters when used as fodder for the bears. I could be wrong though, maybe it works better than I'm expecting in practice, but on paper, it doesn't sound all that great. The bears are far too resource intensive for their needs, and yubel does little to recoup those losses from the hand to facilitate bear plays. Phantom is a nice bonus, but that's all you'd really be netting from it. And even though phantom plus a major bear makes polari/star, I doubt you'd want to give up a solid monster negate like phantom for that kind of play. Just my opinion though. I do really like the creativity however. Maybe there's something there that I'm just not seeing.
@@Nickscruiser you can summon another phantom after using the first one on the same turn. You only need 1 yubel, terror incarnate, 3 Samara, 1 pain and 3 nightmare throne, which isn't terrible. Tried it in master duel and got to diamond with it ok. It's mainly to help against nib. I've also used deep sea diva/neptabyss as another ursarctic variant that gets you a discard 2 and lancea on the 4th summon
@thehereandnow8673 yea to be honest I forgot that phantoms summon isn't OPT. I have questioned whether the new Merlantean support from ROTA can be used with a variant of Ursarctic!

Ursarctic is a great deck i used for a good while. i also bought the ice barrier structure deck even though i didn't know about the game when the OG cards were prionted.I also appreciate the Metroid Prime OST. goated ice level.
@zelandmusic yea ursarctic are a really fun casual deck the ice barrier cards help increase the ceiling quite a bit! And nice catch on the music metroid rocks!!

Just curious, do you think the inclusion of scattershot and the reload are necessary? Even in 60 card decks it's far to common to open copies of them, effectively playing with 4 or 3 card hands sometimes.
@themaninblack08 they're not necessary but they're absolutely fun! And are really nice post side to assist with board breaking hence why I side deck 2 additional copies of blaze reload. This deck has tons of discard outlets. Diabellstar, imsety, kings sarc, trooper etc. It's not hard to get reload to the gy and then use its gy effect.
Well, VBA and stuff like Phantazmay makes Scattershot live even if you draw it, and using discard outlets like Labrynth Stove Torbie, Dragon Ice, or Chaos Hunter can turn Reload into a Turn 0 Scattershot nuke/disruption. You could cut down on Reload, and cut out Scattershot, but you do lose out on those 3 Pyros for Emperor. Evaluate your meta, weigh the pros and cons, and go from there.
Misplay on the Beetrooper Atlas, he’s protection effect looses effect once he leaves the field and comes back. “While this linked summed card has 3000ATK or less it is unaffected by your opponents card effects”

hey mate, love the list, been playing it since weeks on master duel, and also just bought the deck for locals, just a few questions, did you think of something like sauravis x1 or a second copy of battlelord, or maybe a little impcantation engine and with that paying maybe a strong ritual too like amorphactor pain, thanks already, keep it up!
@gabrycraft2018 if I were to update the list I'd definitely include a 2nd battlelord. However I'd try not to play too many other rituals as they're not ideal to draw and can cause consistency issues in a deck that already struggles with consistency.
Assuming lonefire not the most efficient to play?

Nice volcanic deck, mate! Looks like it would feel pretty buttery smooth for dueling. ^_^ Trying to help my girl set up an Ancient Gear and Zombie World deck, two of her favorite archetypes. It just pains me to see her struggling to play in Master Duel since it's not such a friendly or newbie environment. 😅

@@Nickscruiser I’m trying a build of this in master duel since the ragnaraika cards just dropped. I’m not running the mantis card, and only 2 dragonbite, so I can fit in krawler soma
I almost exclusively play Master Duel these days, but you've reminded me how much fun the actual cards can be. I love the mats you use as well! I'm eagerly waiting for this archetype to be released on MD and I can't wait to try out some of these combos.

rekindling seems good in the deck with all the low defense monsters you can specifically send any thoughts on that? could potentially splash fire kings to add more of that type of defense to basically run 3 soul charges.
@Hieroglyphics87 I ran a build with fire Kings early on but the deck felt bloated and cluttered. I ended up cutting the fire Kings in favor of consistency and without them there aren't that many rekindling targets. I did update this list post August 31st banlist however. Feel free to take a look I just posted it yesterday!

What are the cards you usually side out from the main Deck, for first, second or generally? Would really like to know :)
@DaydreamerVII if I'm going 1st. I'll side out of the scattershot package. For the playset of gravediggers trap hole. And I'll side out the blaze reload for the volcanic inferno continuous trap. If I'm going 2nd, I side out of volcanic emission, the spiritual fire art, the greater Inari fire, called by, cut emperor down to 1 to accommodate space for the rescue ace package and the other 2 copies of blaze reload. This is generically speaking of course it depends on the matchup too if I make space for twin twisters for example. U can also cut volcanic blaze accelerator down to a 2 of to accommodate additional space as well as cut electro blaster down to a 2 of as well.

Im building slowly volcanics and im loving your profiles. It seems such an amazing deck and even if the ftk doesnt work, the deck still haves so many ways to continue
@@clockwerk152 it really does! It's hard to explain the deck just cooks people out of nowhere.
This is a sick list! Logic is lines are very thought out. To help the flow of the deck, id cut the non ritual vendreads except 1-2 copies of striges and 3 copies of scar. 3 Charge of the vendread is also a big extender to fix your hand by discarding striges, scar, or rituals. To summon even more extenders such as striges, and scar. Also you can use it to dodge handtraps that target uni. I prefer diviner as the only normal summon. That way, we open more gas. Combo that with 3 prep of rites with 1 benten makes opening diviner easier. Prep adding slayer is also huge as well as recycling origin. Ravenous being your best opener to get slayer for free by setting scar is a huge plus, definitely main 3. Non engine like zombie world and droplets dont fuel the vendread combo and are better in the side deck. Vendread is very xenophobic and doesn't mix well with other decks. That striges reveal cost hurts when you only have non engine left in hand. Battle lord... by the time you get him out the opp already had multiple opportunities to hand trap you. I want a reason to play him but he hurts the overall flow of the combo. Level 6 diviner with slayer makes ultimaya tzolkin. Slayer trigger add spell. Set spell. Tzolkin trigger. Summon crystal wing in under 5 summons. This is a power house play. Lemme know if ya wanna chat on this more. Im passionate about this deck and would love to theory craft more on it with someone with just as much passion.

Stag Beetle is a mandatory effect, going into S:P and tagging out means we pop 2 of our own monsters

Awesome beetrooper deck man, but more importantly new banlist dropped it's time to once again join the myutant fish revolution!
Good thing bonfire is a relatively cheap card now at $15 each. I can see it go down even more once the banlist is out.

I actually have an update to this decklist on my channel. Feel free to take a look as there were some considerable changes. As far as protecting VBA there isn't a very good way to do that without adding non engine which just hurts consistency. The only thing that comes to mind that wouldn't hurt the flow all that much is using the horus package to make dingirsu as he can protect any card on field from destruction by detaching material. However if your opponent is on cosmic then I guess you're outta luck haha.

It was good to see you misplay and then go back and show what you thought was a more optimal playline. I think there is a lot of overlooked potential with having Cruel Saturn out before you start banishing from GY, as it will give you some more material to work with. And with Wicked Butterfly, you have the option to SS Sting Lancer and get something extra to hand in Turn 1.

Nick had a rough day, we all have them, as that second combo blanked the brain a bit. But honestly that is half the fun with this deck: you work out the brain fart and have this unexpected board. I still find OTKs I never knew existed doing that.

ran a similar RaikaTrooper list at locals this past weekend. Went 2-2. it's strong but i went up against some really strong decks (ritual beasts and shining sarc) worst part was going nearly full combo and getting lightning storm'd. since I had bloom out, atlas wasn't protected.

Funny how similar this is to my own insect deck! Biggest difference is I opt for a small Krawler Soma engine as well as go into Picofalena, both for combo extenders!

Just an fyi in the 1st combo you can still do the zealantis line to bring back the blaze fenix a 3rd time for the ftk. I know i mentioned the opponent needs a monster on their field but that only applies if youre trying to utilize promethean eff in the gy which isnt relevant there anyway since youre just going for the FTK. So once promethean on field eff revives blaze fenix and you burn the 2nd time with fenix eff. You take promethean and any other fire monster on field to link into salamangreat raging phoenix. Then youll link raging phoenix away for zealantis. Use zealantis eff to banish all monsters on field and re summon them. Then when fenix is resummoned via zealantis eff you can burn a 3rd time for lethal. If for some reason the ftk fails however youll still have volcanic emperor + volcanic emission to lethal your opponent during their draw phase usually.
