Yes, it is possible - in my situation it turned out to be a bad extruder motor as all the settings prior worked just fine. My initial steps helped, but when I started a larger print, similar issues occurred, I took off the extruder motor and tried to spin the gear and it is very difficult.

@@kghhgkgk6322 hey there - so it is designed for wired Genesis controllers. But there are different revisions where certain games exhibit an auto movement to the left / right - but adjusting the Pokey POT in the 5200 console fixes it. If you have anything specifically you would like to discuss please let me know. I found the new revision of the M30 wireless controllers by 8bitDo no longer work and the Big 6 by RetroBit does work for most games but I noticed space invaders moved to the left automatically - it’s an odd behavior with the 5200.

@@kghhgkgk6322 I hear ya lol - it’s the way the 5200 handles the auto centering. The joysticks never auto centered correctly and the way the games are programmed each one can interpret different auto center values. And when the console starts up it tries to read the center of the joystick that’s why the console failed because most times the joysticks were never in the proper position causing the games to act erratically at times or not function. I have a 5200 digital arcade stick that I made that has knobs to calibrate the center position it works with most of the game library I’ve sold over 500 of them since 2020 everybody loves them

Thanks man - interesting you said that because that’s what I remember but then doing a search on Google I did find a picture with blue bat style but then a lot of them I’m seeing also have red ball knobs as well - so I’m wondering if they had different versions of them? @@retrogameboyz The original Robotron 2084 machines all had Bat Tops on them. If you ever find one in the wild with ball tops, they were swapped by arcade operators

Hi There - thanks for your question - I do have designs for a 4 button base - but it is much larger. The internal board does support 4 buttons as prepared for eventually creating a larger design. Thank you - unfortunately not at this time as that would require a completely brand new PCB and mold injected controller mold. If I can find something already available that I can modify I’ll definitely post about it. Thanks for your support!

Thank you. I like to try new things so I can see why people would want to buy it. I’m happy that I got to try it without buying it - They are sold out on Amazon - I was concerned that this would hurt my 7800 control pad sales. But after this - I’m not worried. And the wireless one they are releasing with the 7800+ probably will be just as crappy. I hope to have a wireless module that will work with my existing wired control pads at least for the 2600 and perhaps the 7800 but that may take some time. Thanks for your trust and support.

Good to hear. I trust playing style with the CX78 has a lot to do with how long it will last. The metal threaded grommet in the DPad and plastic thread on the thumb-stick is not a good combination though.

Yes - I do this all the time. There is a restrictor gate on the joystick - it can be turned to provide 4 or 8 way. I also can make a standard 8 way octagonal gate so you fell the diagonals snap into place - however after over 350 of these sold to date and over 1000 arcade sticks total since 2017 - this really has not been an issue for many customers - it really all depends on personal preference and playing style.
