Amen . a few years ago a tornado blew our barn away and left barn beams on our house roof and left all our animals alive nobody hurt . truly the hand of god was over my house that day and anything of true value was left untouched . our barn that was built in 1881 was no longer but we prospered from this event . a new barn now stands on the spot our old one was . Thankyou father for this wonderful life i was put here to help those who need it it makes me feel amazing and uplifted to see lives being touched . amen

Hi Jennifer I am a new follower, I’m much older and in an emotionally neglectful/ abusive marriage have been for 20 years. Some may say he is a covert narcissist. Spent many a years trying to please, figure out whats wrong , reinventing myself to finally figure out I can’t make this man see how he is hurting me because how he is pathological. I spent so long researching narcissism and trying to find stories like mine, spend time procrastinating and feeling sad and resentful. I been to so many therapists and even fell into drinking too much because I was so sad., not now . I am finding my way with god and I too imagine he is with me - hugging me when I’m sad. Holding my hand when I’m alone or scared. I need to do more of what you do though. If you have any more to add on this on how to be a good Christian but developing boundaries in a marriage until you get the opportunity to leave. What bible do you read? Any what has helped you in your faith journey. I believe god helped me find you. Peace and blessings xx 0:05

Very intimate sharing Jennifer - thanks for that. I think you mentioned a lot of ways God speaks to us but not through His Word. The 2 main ways God talks to us is through His Son Jesus Christ and also through the Word, through prayer and the church. The enemy can also lead us astray making it look like it’s from God. If it doesn’t line up with the Word then there might be an issue. Even if it does line up with the Word there still might be an issue. We must trust that God will provide at the correct time and not push, rush or force things. And we must always remember no one is perfect, no one does good no not one, all have gone astray, according to Isaiah. It’s important that we don’t start seeing ourselves as this bastion of perfection and look down on others. I mean I know I’m not perfect. Today I check my subscriptions for the first time in a about 2 years and thought WHAT! How in world is that there. We all backslide even when we are saved but thank God we have a saviour who doesn’t test us more then what we can manage without providing the means of escape. God truly is completely faithful even when we fail. We must show others the compassion and forgiveness that Christ has shown us. Forgive them for they know not what they do. And prayer does get answered. There is the story of the He women who got saved who was married to the abusive alcoholic husband who after 10-13 years of prayer he got saved and repented of his sin. It’s not good situation but it shows that as Christians we WILL be persecuted for our faith. Jesus promised it. No servant is greater than his master. God gives grace to survive these things. Ok. You know, I spent the last 10 years of an almost 20 year marriage trying to serve and live in the face of bitterness and hate. That is over, but I have no idea what the future holds. But I have to say that I don’t foresee engaging with some woman on the internet. But what draws me to your videos is just that they are evidence that there actually ARE women out there who are earnestly following the Lord and know what it means to be women. Lots of words that merely point to the Way to receive salvation. You still dont have the whole truth of how to receive salvation.

Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation. In as much as service is concerned yes you can't serve two masters. Thankfully salvation is absolutely free and not conditional upon service to God.

Jennifer, how I do I have sex with the narcissist (husband) when he demands it and gets mad when I show I don't enjoy it. I can't enjoy it because he don't love me, but he acts abusive when I don't enjoy it. If I don't enjoy it how do I not lie or risk him getting mean? In the past I lied to myself and pretended he loved me but realized I was abusing myself. I am hostage. No job, no vehicle, no friends and family is very dysfunctional. I literally have nobody to help. Police are either his friends or family. He works right down road. Drive way is gravel and so rutted no car can make it up the hill. He knows where domestic violence shelter is and others don't allow people from my area. What do I do?!
