Oof. Considering the destroyed discs in my Lumbar spine, i must recommended NEVER DOING SQUATS. BE. VERY. CAREFUL. LOADING. YOUR. SPINE. Your biggest disc at L5, S1 has the load area of less than half the size of your palm. I would tell you to never load your spine if possible. The pain of rupturing discs is not worth it.

Agree with your thoughts regarding how before we do something in life we have doubts about and asking myself, what would God/Jesus do in this situation ? And finding out this question is always answered. Providing God’ will to be done by me in every situation in life. One of the greatest joy’ in life is finding God through Jesus and walking with him daily worshiping and praising sharing with others the knowledge of living a life for him in obedience of his commands.

You are absolutely gorgeous, it's awful how we get mistreated, especially by the people we love and trust the most. My ex wife turned into the opposite once i found faith in 2019, she cheated on me, lied constantly and became a drug addict.. completely ruined me. I still feel the pain of everything shes done.. there's no apology or remorse, it's like im in a nightmare i can't wake up from. I truly hope no one else reading this knows the pain i talk about. It almost killed me. But to all of you out there that have gone through severe heart break or real trauma.. hang in there, i tried to take my life twice in 2022.. im glad i wasn't successful.
