      Hi Puneet. Thanks for your comments and question. If you want to increase your focus and avoid overthinking, I'd advise you to start practicing mindfulness exercises. You can find many apps that can help you with it.

    मेरे घरवाले मुझे बाते सुनाते हैं और साले जानने वाले भी harami muje निचा दिखाते हैं तंज कसते हैं मेरे पर muje bahut बुरा लगता है मै बहुत परेशान हूं अपने जीवन से इसलिए खुदकुशी करना चाहता हू मै शुरुआत से दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ा हूं kabhi ट्यूशन भी नहीं पड़ा हूं class 2nd se class 5th tak 50 साल ke sir थे unhone kabhi जमा घटा ke सवाल तक भी नहीं सिखाया और कभी English ki Book bhi nahi पढ़ाई हाजरी लगाकर चले जाते थे स्टाफ के टीचरो के साथ timepass karte थे बोलते थे कि सुलेख करो किताब छाप दो जब में किसी को बताता हूं कि टीचर ने कुछ सिखाया नहीं कोई मेरी बात का विश्वास नहीं करता है उल्टा मेरी ही गलती निकालते हैं कहते कि मैने पढ़ाई नहीं करी Class 2nd se 5th tak meri पढ़ाई बिल्कुल जीरो थीं Aage class 6th 7th 8th तक English का टीचर आते ही नहीं थे class me kabhi kabhi aata थे mahine me 2 ya 3 दिन wo bhi akhari ke 10 minutes ke liye घंटी bajne ka wait करते थे Class 9th,10th me padhai Sahi Hoti hai Aur Delhi ke govt school लड़के bahut घटिया आवारागर्दी harami ghatiya बिगड़े हुए होते हैं मादरचोद है साले भूखे नंगे खाना खाने के लिए जाते है गंदी नाली के कीड़े 🐛 में कभी झूट नहीं बोलता हूं ओर इंडिया की जनता सरकार समाज सिस्टम व्यवस्था सब मादरचोद है Maa baap Garib hai anpad sidhe unme chalaki bhi nahi hai बाहर baale उन्हें भड़काते है और हम किराए par rahte hai 2019 me fail 12th me fail Ho Gaya isme meri kya galti hai Sab log mujhe baate sunate hai kahte hai ki mene padhai nahi kari logo ki baat sunkar mere सिर में दर्द होता है छोटे बच्चे भी मेरे से होशियार है और class 1st se 5th tak 500 se 600 बच्चो को ठूस रखा और class 6th से 12th tak 3000 se 4000 बच्चो को ठूस रखा है में सन 2007 से 2019 तक दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ा हु class 2nd se 12th तक sab log bolte hai दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में बहुत अच्छी पढ़ाई होती है टीचर बहुत अच्छे हैं तो लोग अपने बच्चो को class 5th 8th 10th tak private school me kyu पढ़ाते हैं isliye taki bachhe ka mindset ho जाय 2 ya 4 class padhate hai सरकारी स्कूलों का नाम करने के लिय भारत में लोग सरकारी स्कूलों के टीचर पैसा कमाने के लिए बनते हैं पढ़ाने के लिए नहीं सबको पैसा कमाना है और सबको ज्यादा पैसा कमाना है सरकारी टीचर बनकर उम्र चाहे कितनी भी हो उनकी सोच सबकी एक जैसी होती है मेने तो दिल्ली में ज्यादातर यही देखा है Aur gharbaale लड़ाई झगड़ा karte bhi karte hai क्लेश पारिवारिक कलह India में सब साले घटिया है चाहे अनपढ़ हो या पढ़ा लिखा या फिर गरीब अमीर सब साले मादरचोद रण्डी की ओलाद harami hai इसलिए में किसी की इज्जत करना पसंद नहीं करता हु 2020 me mera corona virus ki वजह से दिल्ली के सरकारी Pollytechnic कॉलेज में मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में addmisstion हुआ है पढाई बहुट कठिन है सब बच्चे मेरे से hosiyar hai Meri kuchh samajh nahi aata hai Meri jindgi me sukh shanti nahi hai isliye me sucide karna chahata hu mere sath hamesha Bura hota hai Mere pass सल्फास जहर ki 2 डिब्बी है उन्हे खाकर में marjaunga pahle ghar chhodkar jaunga kahi dur jisse meri badnami na ho इसलिए जहर खाकर खुदकुशी करुंगा अभी मेरी उम्र 20 साल है Kam se kam baate to nahi ghumegi दिमाग में मरने के बाद

    जी mere ghar bade ghatiya hai meri बराबरी dusro se karte hai aur muje tension dete रहते हैं और मेरे घरवालों में होशियारी चालाकी समझदारी नहीं है इसलिए बहरवाले लोगो को मौका मिल जाता है तंज कसने में ऐसे log ghatiya hai baharbaale janbhujkar esa behaviour karte hai क्योंकि bo chalu hai apni होशियारी दिखाते हैं
