There's a particular scene from Bone Tomahawk that I feel should make this list. If you've seen the film, you know which one I'm talking about.

With the sound design in Nope, they recorded two sets of screams. The first time they asked a group of people to scream as if they were happy and excited, then they asked them to scream as if they were being eaten alive. In post-production, they blended the two sounds together to create the screams that we hear in the film.

Started 1 in 1998 at 13. Ive been a pure fan ever since. I watched the show 8 times through. Love it. The little holes can be fixed in s2. The writers said they went crazy reading all the lore. Very seriously more interested in what 2 CAN be rather than what 1 was. Season 1 was an intro. They have the audience. Like game 1 to game 2 im expecting UGE changes.

The plot was kinda boring though and the big reveal was disappointing. The characters and atmosphere were great!

Oh man, seeing the men, women, and children being consumed and hearing their screams. I could feel their suffering,how they want it all to be over. I was 18 when I saw the movie, but I almost wet myself in fear. Can't trust clouds anymore.

While I don't got PTSD from any sort of media The Nope Digestion Scene... it doesn't take the Cake for how Disturbing it is, it takes the Fucking Birthday, The Eggs, the butter, the milk *EVERYTHING* . The people behind Nope really showed how Desperate and Hopeless anyone would be in such Scenario, the Screams also made it sound more Horrifying

I've been calling this show as terrible as it is, since it was first announced. Sure it absolutely captures the vibe aesthetic and atmosphere as bethesda's fallout. Certainly nothing close to the original vision. I just don't care for the overly colorful, overused humor, corny plot where everything just falls into place where the plot needs it to, no matter how goofy/unrealistic it come off. Walton goggins is a great actor but the ghoul was a very undercooked character, no pun intended. Lucy was pretty cool too but it just didn't fit the world like it could and should have.

The oscar worthy scene is when Stilgar says "Lisan al Gaib" :)

Something many people didnt notice. Notice when a human is supplied with food and shelter, hes next instinctual behavior is having sex. This is so TRUE. Many Animals in the Animal Kingdom also possess this instinct. Where its safe we multiply, otherwise we survive. You dont really notice this, because hes saying ''Whanna make my **** explode'' but little do people know this is actually an instinctual thing. Surviving in a wasteland causes all kinds of stress, hence libido isnt really a thing. Look at us. Modern times dont create the urge to survive, so many people tend to look for ''entertainment'' in all sorts ofcourse. Hope i couldve intrigued you with this little depth. Thank you for reading <3

Personally I like how Bethesda treats the post apocalypse. Society’s get recreated but in my opinion one of the main themes is that we will just keep destroying the world over and over until we settle our petty differences. Humanity keeps coming back until war comes along and they destroy themselves again. The idea is to change this but war…war never changes.
