yeah, made in the UK by a now defunct firm called "Reliant". they were popular with people who grew up in the immediate postwar period and only had a bike license, which is all you need to drive a 3 wheeler

It's interesting that they've now largely done away with this type of gateless crossing, due to people not seeing the lights. I wonder if the old gent could see the lights, due to the sun? The shadows suggest that the sun was overhead at the time, so it shouldn't have been a problem. All the same; we are better off without this dangerous type of crossing.
