So technically this cabin is just a sleepout. A tiny house has a bathroom and kitchen. I realise you still have a journey ahead of you to complete this build. Look forward to seeing it when it is a legit Tiny House.

You should add a main breaker. Even if it is fed from another breaker in another panel it still should have a main. The guage of feed line should determine size of main. Not an electrician by trade but I rewired a friends house and the city inspector passed it.

It would be so awesome if you were able to pour a concrete slab with a water/power line coming out of it and then lift the house on top of a new foundation. I would love to see this finished out for real and not just as a crash pad. Like mini kitchen, a small shower with a removable composting toliet, maybe a murphy bed that has a couch and coffee table in front of it that can fit under the bed when pulled down. A ceiling fan would be nice and everything paneled or drywalled obviously. You should look into the Mitsubishi ac/heater units that go in the wall. Natures head is the brand to go with for the composting toliet. I think you could make this into an awesome tiny home with a little more work. Check out your local second had shops like habitat for humanity for cabinets, fixtures, and left over building materials because you wont need much.
