I have only recently discovered your videos and mostly enjoy them and your calm demeanor. However, I can't get through this one because while I enjoy the chimes and music, they are much too loud and compete with your voice. Honestly, even when you are not giving instructions, the music is not calming but blaring. Sorry. ☮️💟🌻😊

@@JillianAligned Yes, but when people are rushed, stressed or tired, they mostly don't take the time. It is helpfull that the video stops after at least a very short time in savasana so we know that in tha time of the video, we have all we need..

13:44 “Let your knees tend in toward each other.” I just love that… Also, in your Creativity and Openess flow you have this sequence that includes a Warrior III progression that is so graceful, and a reverse lunge where the front leg sweeps behind that is mad challenging! I really liked this class. Thank you. Just please adjust the commercials settings because there was an ad in minunte 6 and one in minute 14 which is very annoying during a yoga class.
