Dont try to be fast, just makes you look clowny. Take your time instead

Why would you use such thick bar stock?? 🤦🏻♂️
Bad or not..he is making this and he have money! Go ahead!
Impressive

Hi, what tools and inserts used for turning?
Would you buy a used machine that spent its days machining cast iron?
I'm reminded how much I love my Bondhus tee handles every time I see a twirling hex key. Thanks for the great video that machine is badass.
I think this is good, just some weird series of operations going on at points. Not much adaptive machining going on either, more brute force machining but hey, I guess we all have our ways
You are legit homie. I work on nakamura tome 200sy. You know exactly what time it is. . Cheers
why dont you post videos anymore
When you use your handle to move your turret and sub that’s not on full blast right?
He turns the coolant on and lets her eat
You hiring ?😂
Gosh. This must be a boring job. If I’d done the same, it would’ve been a shitshowbonanza..and it is. This is just to clean.
hello! what is the option that allows you to use the correctors fron tool 1212 to 0180? i have the same machine and i can only use 12 tools
We use the Tool Management screen to control all out tools. All tool calls looke like this : "T1299" or "T5599" 55 refers to the offset and the offset is assigned to a turret station on the tool management screen. I would have thought you should be able to operate with assigning different offset numbers to the tool numbers, T0125 etc.
U people are idiots giving negative comments, there maybe a reason why he is doing it like that
1:08 May I suggest to use a cordless drill with clutch? We use one for fast fastening (pun intended) those screws, and it really helps. Awesome video by the way.
Purple chips ! No no no !! M08 !
Yes yes yes, depending on the material and it might be a high alloy steel, if you climb milling (which they’re doing a helical interpolation all the heat will go into the chip. And depending on the material you can have a straw color from Stainless, to blue or Purple from Tool and Die Steel to just a shiny chrome color. I was a tooling engineer for 35 years.
BURN THOSE TOOLS UP BABY!!!!
Lol
Does this machine use the same fanuc cnc cycles? example: G71,G72, etc etc, beacuse I was see a thread in the program that starts with g76 like fanuc
Yes it does
Selam arkadaşım video güzel olmuş ama kontrol panelini bizlere anlatabilirsiniz, takım sıfırlama, takım cagırma, program çağırıp çalıştırma falan görüntülere ışıkları vuruyor
And you are conventional milling
Correct.
Coolant
just started on the nlx with celos and mitsubishi . I'm having a really difficult time setting up the tool library in the machine . Thus i fill out the tool info page every time for every operation . Normally it should be a one click , and maybe feed and speed change . I could not find any significant help .
Its pretty time consuming but you need to create your full tool library for the tool managment. Once its complete you can call any tool up then by searching its offset number
@@PBMachineTechLtd in the meantime i found that out and learned it , but to load the turret with tools is another story , and the machine doesnt even care . The tool data in the vps program has to be good , but the turret informations are totally irrelevant , just the X Z tool lenght offset.
Very nice work
Another guy who has to wear gloves because he is afraid to get his hands dirty.
Bro apart from capto, a few minor brand differences and details, and your toolbox being super clean this is like literally my life I love it. 😃NLX2500SY not much you can't do with live tools and a sub...
Just curious....why do you drill a small hole and then mill it larger, rather than using a large drill almost as big as the finished hole diameter?
Cutting forces are much higher with a larger drill. You will have high radial forces, which can relate to a problem. Also, its not that easy to clamp a big drill like that. Aside from that, you have to consider that the spindle for live tooling, maybe is not strong enough to power a big drill like that.
cool vid, i'll trade you a tip for a tip. how do you save and execute your mdi programs that i saw you using? your tip - you can rapid jog with the probe arm down if you simultaneously hit rapid and the direction. document how many teeth the sub jaws are outset if you haven't already, jaw teeth repeat jobs are a big time sink if no one says what they were at last run.
What cam software you use for this 🤔
Nice work can you gives us what the name of tools you set
Thoes insert drills are made kennametal we use the same ones and the smaller sumo drill and osg drills.
Amazing Works , You did good job !
Do you normally run coolant ? Did you run it dry for the video ?
Coolant is only off for the purpose of the video. If the coolant was on in this machine you wouldnt see anything.
Why do you move back to center between facing and turning ?
Sir ya kon si cnc hai jo Turring and vertical milling centre ka combination hai?
Holy Mother of Pearl, you are fast. I would pay you 6 figures to come work in my shop.
Some rapid movements are done with the tool engaged... tells you how much these tools can actually take.
Mostly turning, facing, drilling boring, then “some” milling .
Okay mill guy 😂
@@TheMotosnake well as a Application Engineer for a major carbide company and yes I was a milling specialist. The entire cycle time for milling was about 1.17 out of a 6.35 cycle time. So yes not a lot of milling time lol 🤨😆
Dodgy corrupt people
I missed the anxiety of the 1st run after setup 😂
Corrupt people 😮
Does the program used use the Mastercam x9
How much $ hour?

great job bro please share programe
