The phrase “Many are called, but few are chosen” comes from a parable (a story with a spiritual lesson) that Jesus told to illustrate the coming Kingdom of God. How does iron sharpen a man? The prophet Ezekiel compared the Spirit of God with the cleansing of the heart. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. What does the Bible say about resting in God's love? Resting in His love brings a true sense of peace and contentment. “The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” In this verse, God promises His presence and rest to His people. He assures us that as we journey through life, He will be with us, providing comfort, guidance, and water of rest by the Holy Spirit on The Seventh Day Sabbath.💙
