Root Cause Analysis
Root cause is one of the critical steps in solving, sometimes chronic, problems. This short video emphasizes couple of basic, yet powerful and proven, techniques can be used by everyone.
In general, the root causes analysis seeks to solve problems by identifying and controlling the root cause (or causes) and is part of continuous improvement toolbox used by many problem solving practitioners such as Lean Six Sigma Belts.
