I started playing it after it had been out for quite awhile. Highest level I got to was 25 then it was shut down. Really enjoyed your vid on this and the way you commentated it. Most taskforces dependent on AT you can solo/duo ok, there are a few you can't, but as a friend and I do this all the time, plus you can do most of them in under an hour, heck, we did a mad dash once of 4 Yin in an hour as he had an hour spare when it was the weekly. People fixating on needing 8 to go is a problem, certainly a couple, MLTF and LRSF for example, kind of demand it but most, the TF Cmdr ones, dont need anywhere near it. For CoH the HC server is way more populated than the others, by a factor of 10 or mmore to the nearest one, Rebirth, which whilst it has some nice innovation it lacks the QoL enhancements of HC and seems to have developed a ideological slant these days

I'd recomend trying the other servers. Homecoming is not designed well at all and their balance changes show that. Give Rebirth or Thunderspy a look. They're much more stable and have content closer to how CoH should be.

I had the same situation on Reunion back when I played on the server years ago, and ended up moving to Excelsior and it's a whole different world filled with plenty of things to do and run <3 I hope you find what's right for you to do though hun!

Hey Phil! I so agree with you! I doing what I do because I enjoying doing it :) Yeah I need to go back and play more Monster Hunter! So you can count on me, I be there whatever you do :)

a lot of the reason a massive amount of my friends left was it's frustrating to solo some content and late at night which is when we all play but at various times , it's dead. Modern games give us the option to solo everything, a good example is swtor, soloing everything pretty much but pvp. Most of us like soloing or douing, kind of a younger generation than the other people I met in game are. Another reason was no new costume pieces. At least 70+ people in our specific discord went to one of the other coh servers for costume pieces and new powersets. Hopefully Homecoming does something in the future because it felt the most professionally run, but pro games also release things, even modders for numerous games I play release new things on nexusmods. I'm mostly in other games now too.

helpful hint for you and others running this arc. the bosses in mission 2 always make a little speech when you approach. kill that mob

i don't have 10s or 100s of millions of influence to burn through so i buy DOs until i hit level 22. i then start to craft lvl 25 IOs. at that point i can trade in merits for the enhancement converters or boosters if i need to buy crafting material from the auction house. i won't look into sets until i'm able to slot lvl 50 enhancements.
