Of all the Kids, I really thing Shiv may got her mothers gene more. Roman is roman but Shiv. Just hated her
hold so the peoples vote is irrelevant presidents really are picked in hotel rooms
Just finding this out for the first time?
@actv2067 loool
Other things maybe wrong but what's problem with nativism
Nativism is just DEI (for mostly whites). You DESERVE nothing, you can EARN everything. Meritocracy for all BUT manual labour. Compete!
election day lets goooo
Watching this at 2:05 pm on Election Day here in America 😂 fuckkk man we’ll see what happens
Omg this is exactly why I came back to these scenes!
Shiv literally makes the argument of why 85% of white men would vote for Mencken lol
Brian Cox, BR
Great actor
Shiv depicts the left-wing, wine-guzzling aunt archetype very well
Who's that?
If you think, Shiv, the selfish daughter of a billionaire, represents the left wing in any way shape or form, you’re way into the american hole, she’s a liberal, a democrat, and liberals at their core are right wing.
Stereotype @@Δ-Δ-Δ-Δ
"Stop being a dirty little pixie and whispering swastika's in dad's ear"😂😂 what an underrated line😂

Shiv was so real talk about that RUclips provocateur red pill bullshit. I see it everywhere now, it’s the new face of the Conservative Party
“Get me a coke bitch”
What an insufferable excuse for a female...
What Mencken says about ATN is more or less true of Fox News (and cable news as a whole) in today's world. Pretty much no one under the age of 50 watches anymore
Yeah, ATN is a pretty clear Fox stand in from the very start, all the way down to some of the "talking heads" practically being one to one.
People over 50 always vote though. Voter turnout in youth is embarrassingly low.
@@JB-xl2jcand all the female anchors being blonde.
@@RightWingRadioShow Yep! Also if you look closely there are a bunch of times where tickers/scrolling captions appear, from momentary glimpses during mid episode scenes all the way to regularly appearing during the intro. A lot of them are deliberate references to real Fox headlines, usually especially outlandish ones lol.
@@JB-xl2jc young people recognise that these elections are useless, nothing will change or improve, the old folk need to realise this, and break their delusion.
Logan likes people who tells him either directly or indirectly that his time is done like Josh, Mecken and Mattson for example because he likes honesty. Meanwhile, none of his kids dare to say it right on his face. Even Kendall who has on and off relationship with him still feeling remorse and guilty. Logan said that Kendall is not a killer even though he accidentally killed someone. The killer that Logan mentioned is someone who takes the risk and someone who brutally honest which Tom takes the criteria.
I feel like Ken's shame over the murder is exactly what makes him "not a killer" in Logan's eyes. If Logan had done the same (and he likely has at least once) he'd have played it off as an NRP (Not a real person). He wouldn't have the guilt weigh on him.
Tom wasn't a killer though, Tom was a puppet who got lucky. He won because he was a puppet and got on the right people's good graces. Even after he became CEO, he was still a puppet to a random scammer, who was the real killer.
@@knurdyob Tom has some killer moments: -He kicked out Nate on his wedding after learning of Shiv's affair with Nate -When Shiv mocked him with Roman and Tabitha about him being an empty suit, Tom told her to shut up -He confronted Shiv about their Open Relationship -He ate Logan's chicken -He offered himself to be in prison for cruise scandal -He double crossed Shiv by telling about the siblings' plan to take down Logan -He answered Mattson's interview with humility and honesty even he doesn't care that Mattson wants to fuck Shiv
Being a killer was about unapologetically sacrificing one's humanity for the sake of the business. No remorse, just the literal killer instinct. - Kendall demonstrated he wasn't a killer when he left work to be at Logan's birthday in s1. - Matsson demanded Logan meet him on the day of Connor's wedding. Then he demanded Ken & Roman meet him on a business retreat to talk business shortly after Logan's death. Matsson was a killer. - Tom sold out Shiv & her brothers to Logan at the end of S3 which improved his standing with Logan. Then he missed Logan's funeral due to work which Matsson noticed while at Logan's funeral. Tom wasn't sleeping because he was busy working for the election night chaos. He took the deal with Matsson similar to how he made a deal with Logan. Tom proved himself to be a killer.
@@knurdyob Exactly, Matsson was the killer there. Willing to twist knives, lie, etc. And willing to completely falsify data to make money, just like Logan was clearly fine with given he made the equivalent of Fox.
This show is fucking horrible

shiv was so real for saying she doesn't want to read plato
Really shows her laziness. She's never even working at the company, even there's one episode when she's lying on the bed and looking at her laptop. The closest thing when we see her working was on Season One when she was still a Political Consultant.
@@margarethmichelina5146 nothing about saying she does not want to read Plato when a raging neo nazi is telling her to read shows she is lazy. That is also not true, we see Shiv working 🤦♀️ get a grip
@@mimir3702She’s pretty lazy and entitled. She thinks she should be the head of a major publicly traded media company despite having no business, finance, media, or legal experience.
@@sharpe52312 ALL of the Roy children are very entitled like did we not watch the same show??? Logan was willing to give her the position even with her lack of experience and took her under his wing. She would have probably gotten all the experience she needed if Logan wasn’t a narcissist who can’t stand it when his children are successful.
WHO THE FUCK wants to read plato like c'mon
It's like Rupert Murdoch and Trump, except the base turned on Fox when they criticized Trump
Thinking Fox/Murdochs chose Trump is hilarious, the lib networks did more to prop him up the first time he ran thinking he would be easy to beat and because he drew ratings 😅
This is exactly the allegory they were going for.
Shiv always thought she was so much smarter than she actually was but in the grand scheme if things she was wrong about everything. Even politics, her supposed area of "expertise," she blundered again and again throughout the show. She never wanted to put the work in. Very unlikable character.
She the liberal elite. She thinks anyone who doesnt think like her is stupid. Its a common trait. Lower classes feel ignored so go for the more extreme populists now.

Medicare for all, abortions for none is based
Except that Medicare is unsustainable, and a *YUUGE* drain on the coffers.
Medicare only applies to seniors. So you want your tax dollars going to pay for 100,000 boomers hip replacements after they ate shit on a cruise
based is such an incel word rn. Like the new 'woke'
What a contradiction, abortion is healthcare.
Menchen was lucky he worked Roman
This is Mencken telling us who he was on the first episode he was introduced. He was new media all the way, which is why he went GoJo immediately in the funeral episode. He was never behind the brothers. He was using them to win the election

If you don’t know what’s happening...they are show pony’ing to be president

It’s Jiminez (spelling), the Democratic presidential nominee that we meet in “America Decides” in season 4
@@geargrinder69In this clip they’re talking about the potential Republican nominee that Shiv wants to back, not Jimenez
