As a Coloradoan trans person it's still not great. Tons of issues and HUGE waitlists(better than nothing) and still a TON of transphobia. Move to Europe if you don't want to have the f slur shouted at you.

I’m so jealous of every country in the world that is not being governed by transphobic and incompetent fools like we now have in the US. Would sell my kidney to have been born in the EU instead of the US. Immigrating is so hard when you are not rich though but I plan to move to Europe as soon as I can find a company to hire me or I can save up enough money to be secure for a while during the job search. America is more unsafe every day because of Christians and conservatives. I just want to leave so badly. 🥲

LGBTQ rights are quickly eroding in Amerikkka. Idaho, Florida, Kansas, and Tennessee no longer allow trans people to change their legal gender under any circumstances despite them all allowing it in 2023/24. Highlight how the radical right is acting trying to dismantle social progress and development across the board. If I could have left out these 4 states from the final map I would have, but it was not possible so I just wanted to clarify that only 46 out of the 50 states allow for trans people to change their legal gender as of 2025.

The UK is the only location in all Western Europe still denying trans people their right to change their gender without first submitting themselves to degrading integrations where they have to convince a random stranger that they are trans. The UK really needs to step up and protect its citizens. Really surprised to see Botswana, the only in Africa since South Africa has similar requirements like the UK. To any trans people reading this, we will get through this together. We need to keep each other safe in every way we can. 🩵🩷🤍

I’m so glad that you split up the countries that have loads of backwards “requirements” that governments use to deny trans people their basic rights. If you have to prove you are trans to some random judge then there is more work to do. Love to see the world turning more and more pink. Sweden is giving 2025 a strong start. I think the law comes into effect in July, so only 5 more months till it’s official there. 😍🏳️‍⚧️🇸🇪

I am a bit of a Japan lover, and I have been studying history, religion/spirituality, history, and social issues. The history of homosexuality is one such area of interest (in some periods in Japan it was even celebrated). Nowadays, BL media is extremely popular. Of course, Japan still has a long way to go in this area, but I was glad to see it made the list. Bwing for LGBTQ + is one of the consistent things I hear about Japan.

I hope someday i can leave this horrible country 😥lets hope the Madman Carrot doesn't ban gay/queer marriage too
