If Al you doing it’s driving you can drive your 11 use 1 or less of the on duty for your inspections do your 30 minutes brake when getting diesel and going to the restroom because basically your 30 minutes break from driving counts as on duty time so I use it for something and the rest of the time already on off starting the 10 hr reset, I thing it works, because wanes the truck stops you can go to on duty do the inspection and go to off

Motive ELD app is by far the very best ELD I've used. 1) It's less expensive than all other ELD options and you can use a smart phone or tablet. You may or may not need to have cell phone service to the device depending on the Motive service you, or your company chooses.. 2) 24/7 support from Motive so you're not dependent on when your HOS/Log people are in the office. Every time I've contacted Motive, even at 2AM they were always able to resolve my questions or concerns imminently. 3) A very BIG plus is that like BidDaddy shows in the video, you can see all four of your clocks on one screen while driving. You may ask, is this so important if you do your trip planning? Let's say your are stuck on the 285 in craplanta GA coz some idiot has spilled 200 gallons of acid on the roadbed. Your moving 4 miles in three hours. I want to be able to look at all four of my clocks simultaneously while the truck is moving, without having to change out from driving mode because that is illegal. This may not sound like a big deal but we have to make trip planing decisions not only daily and hourly, but oftentimes on a minute by minute basis due to changing traffic, road or weather conditions. 4) You can flip from day to night mode with a push of one button on the app while looking at the just mentioned four clocks. Platform Science, Omnitracs, the once great but now dinosaur Qualcomm (which you have to remember macro codes) are zombies. The company I'm leased to now forced me to purchase an Omnitrac devices. As soon as I can afford my own authority I'll be switching to Motive.

As a mechanic who has done many truck clutches and transmission replacements, it would’ve been a nice gesture to have washed the truck prior to the work. It’s way easier for us to keep your truck cleaner too because we stay cleaner. A truck clutch and transmission work on a Class VIII truck is a close and personal experience. And, you get on you what’s on the truck. Nice Freightliner. Best electrical systems and frames of the Class VIII trucks. Happy hauling…😊
