Hi, I have this dryer and the water doesn't seem to be going into the drawer tank but ends up in the air in the room (escaped moisture). I took it apart and cleaned the pump section, but as I expected the pump is fine and the water doesn't even get into the pump area. Do you maybe know what could be the problem?
