Hey, loved the vibe🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested.

Don't take it the wrong way, but this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen, if you were going to spend that type of money, you could have taken your time and done something nice, I build stuff out of scrap and junk without spending money that looks like I bought it after building it, but I'll give you credit for making the video entertaining. I finished my chicken watering system, I'm sure it works better than yours 😂, I've never built a boat, but I'm sure I could do better lol.

I just have the medium size water dispensers where they can dip their beaks into it. I have two of them and every two days I replace with a new one. Fresh clean water is important. I grow probiotics in my water and add a bit of vitamin b to their water. I have NEVER had digestive issues with the chickens because of the probiotics. I bought one packet once and from that point on, when filling their water feeder, I leave a bit of the old water in a container, add a drop of honey of a pinch of sugar and add new water. The probiotics eat the honey or sugar and multiply, replenishing the probiotics in the water.

I love the way the door for the eggs folds down. That is what mine does, and it has two cables that hold it open like a shelf. I make the nesting material out of grass on the property. I make my own wood chips with my chipper, and the floor of the enclosed run is dirt. What I might do next is to open the floor of the coop so that all the waste just falls to the dirt below and from time to time I can rake the top layer of dirt and replace it with fresh dirt.

Did you put insulation in your chicken coop I can’t remember it’s been a while since I watched your video I need to watch it again because I’m getting ready to build my chicken coop and I love the idea of that easy scooping of the chicken poop and the polyurethane on the walls in the floor! What thickness was the plywood that you used? If you used insulation what kind did you use because I know you’re in Pennsylvania I think you said and I have the exact opposite problem than you I am in Texas and this past summer we had about two almost 3 months of over 100° Temperatures and that’s not even inside a building so I think I need to insulate it from the heat!

I understand. The Poop shoot, did not cost anything. Added plywood in the inside of the hen house plus the poly urethane is costly but worth it.. The feeder I build out of scrap wood. We build everything in stages. Nothing came easy. We bought things as the money became available. But I do understand, I once was there where I could not feed my family. Thanks God for His blessings.
