How Malcolm turned his health and weight gain around before retirement
Malcolm is in his 60s, and a year out from retirement he realised his weight and health was going in a direction he didn't want.
He wanted to enjoy retirement and live an active life for as long as possible, so he decided to make a change and take his fitness more seriously.
A conversation about it with his son, James (who I met on a Kilimanjaro trek the year previous) put him in my direction my direction and the rest, as they say is history.

    Just getting into strength training Dean, finally worked up the determination to take control of my body again. I had developed a wee plan for myself based off of my previous life where sport was my job. Really reassuring video and appreciated the positivity and realism in it. Next step for me has to be some proper equipment. Using some rusty old 13kg tent weights at the minute 😂

      Cheers, mate. Good to hear you're getting started again. I think the best kit you can start with is simply a suspension trainer and pair of adjustable dumbbells 👍
