@@monkata1687 it’s gonna be kind of hard with the ryzen 5 3600. Not that it’s a bad cpu, but Fortnite runs best on modern CPUs, try optimizing your pc. I’m actually doing a benchmark with those exact specs in like a week, I’m just waiting for the motherboard

@ the reason you’re getting 100fps only is because your cpu is pretty outdated. Fortnite runs best on the latest CPU’s. Try upgrading to the AM5 platform, get a ryzen 5 7500f or 7600 and a b650/a620 motherboard

Sorry, I sold this pc, I do have some similar specs that I just uploaded though, a ryzen 5 7600 and a rx 6800, expect around 10% more performance

@@jonahrios8242 Fortnite is a very weird and inconsistent game. It is probably the most unoptimized game ever. Sometimes the fps is insane and sometimes it’s terrible. This pc for all other games is great for 1440p, even Fortnite, this season it’s actually pretty optimized I would say

Fortnite doesn't like it when amd cards play on performance mode. Generally a 3070 ti could push more frames on performance mode. I think it plays subjectively better on just low settings instead of performance mode.

@@NotLuvu at 1080p performance mode, yes. If you can change the parts go for an amd cpu. You’re stuck on the Lga 1200 platform and can’t really go anywhere

@@calebnorris6396 unfortunately your i9 is getting old, for Fortnite, it’s not gonna favor your cpu very much. Maybe try optimizing it, or upgrade to am5 and keep your gpu, maybe to a r5 7600 or r7 7700

@ cleaning it won’t drastically improve performance, try selling it and upgrading from there. List it at $1200 and you choose your offers
