Hi, im having problem with the audio issue that when Leon is saying something in game like after fighting, the volume is really small and most of the time I just can't hear it. But i can hear him loud and clear during cut scene. And i also cant hear the girl from the radio.

cs2 has been fine for me (or as good as this shit game can run, anyway) this whole time until today. i played a game on train, my ping was 20, but i was rubber banding and sliding around every 4 or 5 seconds. makes a game like cs literally not playable. 1 year after your video and valve still has this problem. what a joke. i'm so mad

I have massively reduced my rubber banding here was my fix. If you have low ping but rubber band set your max acceptable ping to minimum and you will enter the server you’re closest to every game. Having over 25 ping for me caused extreme rubber banding this switch removed it all

Same problem....I even had a head tech from xfinity come to my house with new cables and router and still same problem...I lose upwards of 15% of my packets and ping will go to 500 all the time :(

I have 1gbps internet with 20 ping in my lobbies and this is exactly what I experience. Makes no sense this is the only game it happens on :/

tbh I think your ping is high enough that the game desyncs or somthing like that but idk why cuz usually 60 ping is not that high

I have done 2 weeks of research and analysing this issue professionally. You can have a brand new PC with 300-400FPS, you can have the best internet in your country and still have the rubberband-lag-effect. My results brought me to the way the servers take your packets and respond. I have send all my recorded Data to Valve 2 months ago, and then never heard of them again. The issue is still there. I think its the shared Servers problem. The Servers are not capable to handle that amount of traffic, they allocate dynamically their ressources and bandwith. Nowadays, every company is cheaping out on something due to inflation, and valve is maybe also. Servers are expensive for a free to play game, thats why they had to do some cuts. The result is, that your packets are being precached on serverside, until they get their turn. When they do, they get processed, and when they are being sent, they are not lost, but late. Because its dynamically adjusting to handle that limited bandwith, the packets arrive in a different time (from 20-250ms). The Game gets desynced and tries to synch your positions with the serverside (Reversed Exponential Backoff Algorithm maybe?), this creates this rubberband effect, where you can switch to the gun and get teleported back to your knife. After 2 weeks of research and analysis, i stopped playing CS2. Im happy to come back when its fixed.

Hm...Are there users who have this problem and have Intel procesors?? Bcs I have this problem as well and have Amd Ryzen 5 3600. And everyone who has this issue has AMD procesor as well what I saw. Maybe problem with AMD CPUs??

even Freakazaoid is sick of the rubber banding issue he posted a tweet saying "The game feels incredible weird when you are full sprint and get shot, it legit moves you back. Its like a hitch instead of a slower movement". I have this issue also I'm sick of it I tried every thread on reddit trying to solve the issue, every RUclips video. I have 12ms ping and 400 stable fps on cs and it still rubber bands. Fix Ur game valve I'm sick of it smh.
