Just a quick update on some of the new upgrades to the blazer, if you need any of the part numbers let me know in the comments

@supadupad3673 no problem bro I remember it's made by "Spectre" just there are 2 options one has the openings 180° apart and the other ones the one I have it's a smaller angle so the hoses actually kinda face forward

The Dodge Charger was never offered with a manual transmission despite the demand. However, there was this alternative until 2017, which was also an American full-size sedan with a V8 and RWD, but also offered a manual transmission. Now, there are no such vehicles in production at all. But don’t lose hope, Ford has officially announced the possibility of a 4-door sedan Mustang with the same powertrain options as the 2-door. If it’s large enough to be full-size, we may finally get an American full-size sedan in manual. Although I prefer automatic transmissions like most Americans do, I’m pointing this out for 4-door muscle car purists.

Overall yeah the ls3 is very reliable and so is the car, I didn't start having any issues until it started making a lot of power then it was the normal stuff

700r4 nothing was involved with the 4x4 tho it didn't change anything

How is the pro flo 4 mpg wise ? Was going to 454 swap with a pro flo 4 in an obs
Lmao it's still bad man, can't get around the fact it's 7.4L I'm getting 6 MPG but mines bored .30 over and its a squarebody so basically as aerodynamic as a brick also has 35s and 4.56 gears. It's more about reliability when it comes to cold and hot starts and driving up hills than it is about fuel efficiency.
@@NMXhustla yeah I was gonna build an obs 5 speed with 3.73 or 3.55 , low rev high vacuum and go for torque under 3k rpm and hoping for mid teens while not towing

I just installed a pro Flo 4 on my LS and while running the engine if I go to diagnostic mode it shows battery and ignition voltage red, can anyone help me?
Call edelbrock they gave me some good customer service as far as troubleshooting goes
@@NMXhustla it's so hard to deal with them, I'm on hold for hours and then get transfered around and the call gets lost but thank you, the battery one isn't a big deal I'm concerned about the ignition one
With EFI you want to be at or above 170, I would suggest 180 to 190. Computer will think is cold and it could run rich.
I was thinking the same thing. That might be cold enough to knock fuel out of suspension if the Pro-Flo wasn't a port system.
What is your fuel consumption?
Between 6 to 8 MPG I do have 35 inch tires and and 4.56 gears as well
Sadly China dictates the end of use of all combustion cars worldwide. China told our EU politicians that they wont do any business with underdeveloped countries that still allow CO2 emitting traffic or combustion based industry after 2030...I am sure USA and UK also will be forced by China to 100% electric traffic because today no industrialized country can afford sanctions by China.... @@aguitarhero007 yeah I think it just gets close to 0 the more warmed up it is, could have been a fluke.
@@NMXhustla I'm pretty sure the IAC % should not be 0, if it is it means the IAC is NOT controlling your target idle speed because your throttle stop screw is turned up too high. So the engine is idling off the screw, and the IAC is all the way in (at 0%) and can't close any more to lower the idle. Try to back out your idle screw about 1/4 turn at a time (when fully warmed up) and watch for the IAC % to increase off of 0 to about 5% - 10%.

Pshh dude I stay getting like 7MPG its a nasty 454 bored .60 over i never really cared about MPG. I did this swap for reliability and tune ability. Check my other video where I show the tuning options
Maybe on a small block doing the swap would help fuel milage but I have no idea
@@NMXhustla I have an 84 ram charger with a 360 also .60 over. I was just wondering I mean o doesn't really matter but I get 4mpg, so I was thinking maybe it would help. Also the reliability is a big factor. I have a avs 2 carb on there now. But it's okay.
@@rasanchez169 yeah for reliability it's amazing for fuel economy id recommend a new car or a diesel swap lol can't help an old school engine pushing around a boat especially on big tires.

Nice build. How's the driveability and throttle response? Looking to do this to an 88 1ton.
Thanks, the drivability is great no issues with cold starts or hot starts dont gotta pump the gas nothing. And throttle response was great but much better now with my true cold air intake over the old one in this video
Sounds like it's worth the money over a carb or trying to put factory tbi back on the truck. I imagine it's better off road as well.
@@wayloncrum7488 yeah I had some fuel starvation issues with the TBI sometimes but not often but now that never happens. You honestly can't beat the tunability either i can adjust AFRs, the timing and so much more on the fly. I can post a video of that if your intrested

How the trottle? Is it stiff or nice and easy. I had the sniper efi and the throttle pedal was was to stiff to drive.
The throttle is about same as the TBI 350 was, its an old truck so its nothing compared to these new ones that are super easy to step on the gas
I have a 1985 K5 Blazer I just put a 454 in it what kind of headers will work with that
Part number HED 69610 from summit racing, it took about 4 sets of headers to find some that fit
Any improvement in the fuel mileage?
Sorry for the late reply I was actually on a deployment but in all honestly no MPG improvement. I blame the gearing though, however it really shows improvement in cold and hot starts. The tuning options are unbelievable
