Nice Apartment!! Love the layout and the spacing and the square footage. I also like the fact that the kitchen and the bathroom have Windows for ventilation and also good to let cooking smells air out. Bathrooms with windows are good to prevent mold build up. Also the front view of the apartment is spectacular.

This is a very nice apartment and I really like the layout.

I really love this terrace. It gives you the feeling of being in a little house on top of the world. It's so big, it can more than accommodate: patio furniture, plants, flowers, and some veggie gardening. Even better, it's a sort of bricked in space. We have plexi-glass panels on our balcony now and 'tho we're only on the 14th, (13th), floor, and the view is really nice, I'm not that fond of heights. And when we've had pets and kids, I've always been a bit of a Nervous Nelly about balconies! This pent-house is just so beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and up-dated. The light and airiness of the spaces make it seem like a dream!

Two closets in the smaller bedroom and only one in the master bedroom seems “off-balance.” Also, an en-suite half-bath is odd.

Nice decor; IMO: However, 1. the closet near the stove in the kitchen should have been made a pantry instead--made smaller in size (cooking smells and odors would get into those clothes in the closet right at the kitchen area since it is right near/up against the stove-oven); 2. the loft should be made into a closet/storage area--mostly shelving and drawers from practically most of the closet space in the whole apartment which is from the actual closet at the kitchen and the closet on the left of the entrance 3. the closet right on the left side of the entrance of the apartment at the kitchen could be placed with only with a clothes rod. 4. the drawers in the closet to the left of the entry of the apartment that has drawer type storage could have been part of the loft; 5. also, the loft ladder could have been a real sturdy (made out of steel/iron) type of staircase instead for security and durability.

I wish I could afford this! I'd rent it in a minute.

I hate it. ESPECIALLY THE VIEWS. The layout is also poorly set up.

A nice size. An odd layout though and that pillar in the one bedroom would be annoying. Not a nice view at all out the dining room windows. It was very dark in there.

Kitchen is horrendous but the little breakfast area is nice. Ridiculously tiny closets. The bedrooms are a nice size and so is the living room.

Decent sized kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms. Tiny closets especially in the second bedroom and that bathroom off the dining room is awful. I wouldn’t want a bathroom right where I ate. The main n bedroom ensuite bathroom is nice though.

The deep bedroom closet should open INTO the bedroom for optimal use. You can't easily access things in deep closets.

What is the rent?

To me it's nothing but a big old studio apartment that's has doors and walls..

I hate the views, apartment looks very dark, and washer/ dryer being in one of the bedrooms is a deal breaker. They could've created a mini walk-in closet with the washer dryer

No in-unit washer dryer??? No deal. And for a penthouse, this unit should have mini splits throughout or central AC

I cant tell why but I dont like this place at all. I would not feel comfortable living there.

It’s a lovely apartment if limited closet space but I really hate window air conditioners. They are incredibly ugly, interfere with window treatments and make a horrendous amount of noise.

That pillar in the kitchen is crazy. I have no idea why they would put drawers behind it. You can’t even open them half way. The rest is pretty nice though.

The kitchen location is too far from the dining room. Lousy views from the bedrooms with no light. I'll take it. LOL

I hate the bathroom so close to the kitchen, but that is very much a NYC situation. Apartments are joined and and recreated so often. But it’s a lovely place.

Lovely although $10k per month and all you get is Home Depot window AC's. There is easily room to install some mini-split AC's but obviously the landlord is cheap. Where is the in-unit laundry too?
