Open the code in the software and read the top portion it's mentioned there which library to install. If you're using smartphone then click the three dots on top right corner then click on libraries then manage libraries then click on available then search for the library that's mentioned in the code. Or if you're on computer then click on the option tools then manage libraries then search and download the libraries After all of that ensure ur selected the right board and port

Yes. You need to calibrate the potentiometer on both sensor. Then it will work fine

Download the code and open it in arduino ide. Error may occur if you try to copy and paste

Any adjustment need to do on the small blue color potentiometer behind IR sensor module.

Turn the potentiometer slowly and put your hand in front of it and do it with both sensors

Depends upon the surrounding you are in. eg: if you're in a open area you'll get upto 1 km to 1.5 km range but if you're in a place where there are lot of trees, buildings or any big obstacles the range will be less.

Try changing the board as 'Arduino Uno ch340' in the app settings or try reconnecting the board and try again. You might need to check some RUclips videos for troubleshooting. If it still doesn't work it would be the faulty arduino.

You have to install the AFMotor and NewPing library Before Uploading the sketch. You can find all the required libraries from arduino library manager. In your case you said that with computer it is working but not with the smartphone. Yes it may happen if the Arduino board is not genuine or if it's a clone version. Some clone version work with both smartphones and computer as in my case

You need to remove the jumper if connected to an external power supply.

Make sure to remove the jumper if you're using an external power supply to the motor driver sheild. Make sure to upload the code correctly and make sure all the motors are working or not. Make sure to connect all wires correctly Refer with the circuit diagram given in the description

@vickyrox1965 check if the lights on the Arduino is on. If it's working place your hand or any flat object infront of the sensors it may work. you might need to adjust the ir sensors sensitivity and placement for it to work fine. If you've already done all of this and still it's not working then try uploading a simple code example: ''blink code'' to the Arduino to know whether it's the Arduino's fault

We can connect USB to smartphone by using a otg cable you can buy it easily from the offline or online market. Before that make sure that your phone has otg support

If your smartphone is C-type then you want to use C-type otg cable. It's very cheap you can get it for 100 rupees or less

You can use any wires for the connections. Jumper wires are just for ease of work. You can solder any ordinary wires. I have provided the links in the description to all components used in this video. You can buy from there if you want

L293d motor driver sheild does not have male or female connector as in the circuit diagram. You need to solder male pins youself or as in my case I soldered it myself. You can use female to female jumper wires for this. (Answer for yesterday's question) LL293d motor driver sheild does not have female connector as in the circuit diagram but the connections are correct. Because in both case the pins are same. Which motor driver ? Is it l293d (the one that I used in this video) or l298n (which usually comes in red colour

If you're using l298n motor driver you'll need to chage the code for the project

If you're using l298n motor driver connect the sensor pins as per this order↓↓↓ Ultrasonic sensor Echo pin to A5 Ultrasonic sensor Trig pin to A4 Right ir sensor out to A3 Left ir sensor out to A2

After that Search "adafruit motor sheild library" and download that library. Then try to compile the code
