I’ll lead by saying i don’t know much at all about Texas, BUT as far as beaches go there are no “true” beaches here that I’m aware of. Certainly no ocean nearby! The closest think we have come to a beach is Detroit lakes in MN and coming from California and loving the ocean i can say it’s not much of a comparison 😅 my daughter loves finding the hermit crab shells in the sand there though! It’s about 40 minutes from here I’d say. I actually haven’t been to other lakes around here even though there are an abundance of them so you might want to search lakes in this area and check out the photos posted on Google! On the East Coast on MN is Lake Superior which is far more like an Ocean but that would take several hours to get to. I’m not totally sure what the landscape looks like there as i haven’t been myself but i hear it’s beautiful! Schools here- another topic I’m not terribly familiar with because I’m going to be homeschooling but the Fargo Moms facebook group would be an excellent resource for those questions. There are two major hospitals here and clinics everywhere but the coverage might be vastly different in the US from the UK. We don’t have the best healthcare system here but I’ll say i love the providers here more than where i moved from and they have served my immediate and extended family very well. There is crime in Fargo and Valley News Live on facebook will share a lot of major things happening locally here. I’d just remember that the more people in an area, the more crime there will be. When you get into the outer parts of town and the smaller towns around Fargo, there’s less crime. I haven’t had any close encounters with crime out here myself. Once a very intoxicated man was lingering and leaning on our vehicle outside and we called the police and they took him in. He was a part of a hit and run a few streets away and it was not really a huge issue. He mistook our car for his in his state from what i gathered. Other than that it’s been very smooth sailing. Jesus died for you too ♥️ your sin isn’t the exception! If you guys aren’t open to marriage soon, I’d set some really clear boundaries. Maybe talk with someone elder in your life (that you REALLY trust) and see if they can help you establish boundaries/help you avoid putting yourself into circumstances that cause temptation. It’s so hard because i remember not wanting to have my options limited. A large part of me wanted to keep on sinning, and so i did even though i felt so much shame. But that was an opportunity to really test how my relationship could hold up to walking in obedience to God and we really failed in that department then. I do feel like that was a reflection of a lot of missteps that happened down the road after marriage as well in all sorts of scenarios. And back to the marriage thing- us Christian ladies like to say we want a partner who loves Jesus more than they love us, but many of us still choose men that don’t. That makes me think we should be focusing on loving Jesus more than we love the men in our life- what he has in store will be so much better than what feels good in the temporary ♥️ establishing obedience to God before marriage would be such a huge support for you throughout your life. I love my husband dearly and even though we’ve made errors by not seeking God’s will first and foremost, he’s used our mistakes to show us grace and redemption, not shame. He loves you so much and his arms are open to you. There are no dark places in you than he can’t see, he sees them and he still loves you. Again, i really encourage you to seek out someone in person to help you walk through this. It’s a battle and you need warriors fighting alongside you as you strive to overcome your temptations. You’re not alone and your soul is not lost!

Uhh… lol. You’re certainly entitled to your opinion! Not sure why you opted to watch this if that’s your mentality. My little family is my whole life and the joy they bring me is unmatched with anything else. I think the goal should be to be happy/content in your circumstance, whatever you choose, not to coax women into “one over the other”. Being a mother is (yes) the hardest, weirdest, best, most rewarding, beautiful, joyful thing i have ever done. Is it even harder and more tiring than i ever realized it would be? Yes. Was birth more painful? Yes. Would i do it again? Yes, yes, and YES. Over and over again. Why? Because that’s what brings me joy and if i get blessed with another pregnancy and child, that’ll bring me more joy. More trials? Yep, those too. But the love and joy are so much more constant, grounding, and rooted so much deeper than the temporary trials that come along with the experience. That’s my “why”. Maybe that helps you understand a bit, maybe not, but either way i think it’s great that you get to choose what’s best for you and i get to choose what’s best for me. Some feel called to singleness, and that’s okay!

@@Blessingsbeautyandbravery But studies have shown that single childless women are much happier than married women with children are. How does having children make your life better? Pregnancy and having birth can be very risky. Many women have problems for life regarding incontinence, PTSD from the pain of the delivery, sleep deprivation for a few years. And some women actually die or end up in ICU during childbirth. Not to mention, some of the consequences of giving birth are lifelong.

@cks7548 i did a little research to see if the study you mentioned popped up- i can only find articles alluding to it. However i easily found an article explaining there was an error with the study you mention when women were asked if their spouses were present. Some women interpreted that as “present with them” and some interpreted that as “an ex-spouse”. That’s a large interpretation difference and can very very easily impact a study of that nature. If someone is not currently your spouse, you’re very likely to be happier without them. There are also other studies saying the exact opposite of that study, and those are not hard to find. I have no clue how the study you mentioned surveyed women, but there have to be geographical, cultural, and age factors. There’s a lot to this conversation and i don’t see it at black and white. I think the fact that men and women actively seek family building all over the world says a lot. I don’t personally see your arguments as logical as you think they are- in order for the human race to continue we have to have children. So suggesting women should all just stay single and they’d be happier? It’s a very bizarre generalization. I’m assuming you haven’t had children based off of the way you’re wording things, but i have actually been single, married, had a child, had postpartum depression, and i can still say I’d choose her and this life and do it all over again in a heartbeat. That’s something most mothers can understand, but not something i can easily explain to you if you don’t have children/don’t want your children/ don’t want children. It’s not a “my child meets my needs and makes me happy” sort of scenario. It’s a purpose and fulfillment that goes beyond what others can do for you and rewards you by what you can do for them in turn. You can call it illogical- i call it human nature. Best wishes 🤗

I feel like this is true! My husband is still a t-shirt and shorts guy in the winters unless there’s wind chill. It makes most people laugh 😆 I’d say i bundle up now less than i originally did but it’s more so in circumstances where i know I’m only going to be outside for a short while so i just put up with the temps vs have to wrestle with all the layers.

A chance! It’s more of a chance only one will fertilize from what i understand but having two mature follicles is definitely a good sign if you’re wanting twins!

Grace is for you too, my friend. It’s not easy to recover from shame but remember that shame is a feeling often inflicted on us by ourselves or the enemy. It has more to do with making our sin our identity and it’s a total lie! Jesus died for our sins and his promise to make us white as snow is true. While we should seek ways to avoid future temptations, we can be glad in knowing his sacrifice and love was well more than enough to cover our failings. Give yourself some space to heal- regret takes time to recover, but take him with you every step of the way through it! You’ll be a better you than even before this mistake the more you seek him out. I’ll say a prayer for your healing!! Best wishes!

Exactly!!! There many men and women in this day and age who have had the same experience. You’re not alone there ♥️ a good man will not shame you and will walk through healing with you and lead you more towards Jesus’ grace. If you encounter someone who can’t cope with the past then I’m betting he isn’t the guy for you!
