Honestly, the SMB2 style for the Blue Soul is actually a really clever choice.

I would say that this boss has grown up very well, I'd dare to compare it to maybe the queen of deltarune c2 or even undertale yellow zenith martlet boss fight, because this boss fells so well made and unique, and although for the time it came it was common find sans ripoffs, this one seems to be more than that, I wish the devs decided to remake the fight with all of the new games inspiration like oddisey or mario bros wonder with patterns like the ones of cebora of undertale yellow So for summarize 11/10 boss, is amazing but it could get better with maaaybe a bullet hell like the one of zenith martlet
