Easy Beef Stroganoff in Power Pressure Cooker XL
Lifesaver!
put them in at 450
I could do without the sauce all together.
Where's the seasonings?
Omg! My family's loved these stuffed green peppers! My hobs said they tasted just like his mom's. That's a huge compliment! Ty!😊
Tried it yesterday, having leftover today, enjoyed it very much, next time I'll probably saute some mushrooms with the meat. Ty
What do you do with the broth from cooking
Pork cutlets are also delicious with mustard. I’m having trouble finding pork cutlets in the grocery store now.
I do Swiss Steak All the Time.......l never even considered what to do with thin cut pork......i usually made Schnitzel, and just served disappointnent. This Recipe ROCKED! Thanks Nana
Thank you very much for your description of the ribs😊 It was delicious again thank you so much.😊
45 minutes is way too long so far successfully I seen someone do 25 minutes on pressure cooker... With two cups of liquid apple cider and one can of Guinness beer so that's almost like you could say three cups of liquid... 25 minutes I seen how the Roots come out they had such a great texture of being firm and not fall apart but still they had a decent slight hole but they did fall apart off the bone without it being flimsy... Tender... In fact me personally I think 20 minutes would be perfect.... And then once it comes out you will let it dry on the rack and then you put the barbecue sauce on it and then you have a preheated toasted oven or a oven at 400°on broil because basically the ribs is already cooked all you're trying to do is really bake on the barbecue sauce and putting it on broil will put it at a rapid Pace than baked... You just can't be lazy and walk away and watch TV just got to stay in front of the oven and within seconds it will change on you you want it to be very sticky and attached so you don't want to put a lot of barbecue sauce on when you put it on broil you want the sauce to be sticky and burnt on slightly almost to where you want to put another layer of barbecue sauce again the second layer would be a little bit more looser but sticky because you already have a attachment of a barbecue sauce on the rib
Awesome I’m gunna make this with rice.
It’s nice when everything’s Ready before you start … so you just throw it in pot… called “Misen plus” Having everything in place!
Sorry I feel asleep when you were adding and breaking up the onions! What did I miss 😢
Blanch the veggies
Omg I wore out my small one and went to boscovs and got the 10qrt. Frikin awesome
Why not show nothing
Sorry I don't understand your comment or question.
boiling the peppers first is called "blanching" and , Yes, you can eat the seeds.
sweet baby rays bbq sauce is used by idiots, high corn fructose syrup (main ingredient) is poison for the brain! and you feed this to your kids? what kind of a mother r u? idiot, spend 1 dollar more you cheaply for your kids sake! read ingredients and teach your kids not to consume garbage! pathetic
Thank you for this video. I will be making these tonight for family and parents. I will be doing double the amount of ribs you have in there. Should I adjust the temp or time?
Sorry I just saw you message. If using a larger pressure cooker, the time should stay the same. If using the 6qt with two racks you may want to add a few extra minutes. I hope they turned out good for you.
@@nanafahr3296 They were perfect other than I didn't remove the membrane:) I will prepare better next time
Also kinda useless and wasteful to put the BBQ sauce on before it's cooked it's so much better ( my opinion ) to add your sauce only before you oven brown it. A dry rub makes so much more sense before pressure cooking.
You need liquid in the pressure cooker. What did you use?
@@nanafahr3296 I used chicken stock...
OMG my ears 😱 all that beeping I could've done without for sure 🤯
👍🏻
Just got my pressure cooker. Your video was Sooooo very helpful!
I’m headed into the kitchen to make this right now thank you for sharing 😊😊😊😊
20 minutes and 10 minutes release time natural release.
Not recommended. We used ours six or seven times and then it quit powering on. I called their customer support and since it was past the 60 day warranty time frame, I should just throw it away. I'd never buy this brand again.
Thank you so much!!! I do NOT have an oven. I have only a stove top range and microwave. I was able to make these amazing green peppers for my family and I truly appreciate it. Any other recipes that are microwavable I would really appreciate it!! Thank you again!!
Looks great. There aren't too many power cooker plus videos out there. Thanks for posting
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. We made it for dinner tonight and it was delicious. 🥰
great video thank you!
Thanks for sharing, this looks so good! I plan on making this tonight
Thank you, made this & it was great!!
Add ribs in your onion soup? I’ll have to try it.
Those look soooo good! 😋
I'm surprised you only set yours for 45 minutes, I usually do mine for 2 hours.
LOL...
@@frontcentermusician Well I was being a smart ass, but hey.
45 minutes!?!? Are you on crack?? Complete over cooked mush.
Yum that all looks wonderful!
back in the 70's and 80' growing up. my mom would cook her stews in a pressure cooker. the one she would use had this metal top and when it starts to rattling back and forth really fast then it would let out this loud whistle once i heard that whistle i knew i was about to eat. pressure cookers have come along way. great video
I just made these, and they are great. Yours were a little too falling off the bone for my taste, so I shortened the cook time to 40 minutes. Bought my Power Pressure Cooker Xl at Goodwill the other day brand new for 14 bucks. What do you do with all that good leftover juice that's in the bottom of the pot? Thanks for the video.
I only use Sweet baby Ray's too.....delicious ribs!
i add less broth and comes out thicker gravy 1 beef broth is enough also a teaspoon of steak sauce makes it even more awsome at the end
45 minutes too long. I go 25 minutes with 10 minutes natural release otherwise they fall of the bone and you need a fork.
My xl won't start without having lid on..how'd you do that
Thank you for your video. I watched several, wish I had watched yours first. Hope my ribs come out great. Fingers crossed.
Pressure cooker / oven recipe .. misleading title
Very nice demo but please don't buy this product! I did and was very happy with the cooking results. I bought mine on 9/2/18 and used it 3 times the first week. I stored it in my closet in it's original box because I don't have cabinet space for it. Brought it out last week and cooked 2 pork roast, "for pulled pork" which came out great. That's a total of 5 times using it. Brought it out again this morning and rinsed the pot, to cook 2 more. I notice shiny spots in the bottom of the pot. On a closer look the coating was coming off in several places. I only used wooden or plastic made for coated pans to remove or stir anything I had in the cooker. Never stored anything in it either. I'm over my 60 day warranty so they can't do anything to help me. I have 7 more roast to cook for a Benefit, guess I'll do it the old fashion way "takes 24hrs" in a crock pot. Guess I'll keep it for canning. My suggestion is to buy one with a pot that's not coated!
Hi Jewett! Thanks for posting this message. Do I understand correctly that you think that the sauce was responsible for eating away the coating from your non-stick pot? Are you certain that you could not have used a scouring pad os some kind and rubbed the bottom a bit too hard trying to remove a few stubborn brown bits?
I use an old school, stainless steel pressure cooker! Best thing I ever bought, besides my sonic toothbrush!
I'm glad you are liking your pressure cooker. I love mine!
Thanks Danette. My picky grandson loves these ribs too. I'm glad they worked out well for you.
Do you have to add vinegar or salt to the hot water?
Nope. Just water.
