Pork Cutlets and Gravy (Pork Cube Steaks)

Ingredients
2 lbs - Pork Cutlets or Pork Cube Steaks
1 1/8 cup - Chicken Broth
1 1/8 cup - Beef Broth (50% less sodium)
1 - Onion Chopped
2 - Cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Pepper
6 Tbs - Flour
Dash of Cayenne Pepper

I do Swiss Steak All the Time.......l never even considered what to do with thin cut pork......i usually made Schnitzel, and just served disappointnent.
