利用負重引體上升壓縮訓練量 以提升動作質量為主 以往右手手踭以往做引體上升都會有種不順，卡住的感覺，那種不適感令你無法立即進行下一下，需要放開右手才能繼續 今天沒有了那種感覺，不知何解但是好的跡象，Fire !

picking up speed on a surfskate can be quite scary. Not only is it difficult (for me, impossible) to use a foot-brake at speed, whenever my YOW picks up more than jogging pace, the nose starts wobbling! probably worse on a Swelltech..
@ColindeSilva once you feel wobble, Stay low to the ground and shift your weight on the front foot, find a wider road to do big turn, wear your protection gear on and having fun with the board, you can make it soon😀
I think you just need to do a 180 pivot to finish the 360, but keep the pivot low to the ground.

0:14 假大幅度水平轉向， 手的動作很大但是軀幹紋風不動，低了頭 0:23 轉向時動作上要改善的地方： 頭轉向多小小 腹部核心收緊 胸部打開加轉向,膊頭打開 於最高處要有意識地將重心轉移到前腳掌外側 前手反手很美,再張開多小小伸直加要35度角 1:17 應嘗試在弧面上繼續PUMPING， 現時上斜儲能彈升力量不足，下斜時完全失去動能

it seems like 2 meters wide and 6-7 meters long in the flat part, and maybe 1,7 meters deep. Seems like a funny bowl!

Exact Location : 140號 Po Kong Village Rd, Tsz Wan Shan and this is the gov. website you can take a look for further information. www.lcsd.gov.hk/clpss/tc/webApp/Facility/Details.do?ftid=100&did=16 Most Important thing is that you need to bring a helmet in order to access the skate park! Otherwise, security may not let you in. Have fun with your buddy!

Get different wheels. Those wheels are too soft, too wide, too concaved. I recommend a slimeball, 66mm 78A. But anything that’s not concaved, not extra wide, between 78-83A is perfect.
