The direct cut gets funky often, so I only use it when I have one item to cut. I typically scan the item into the canvas workspace right on the cutting sheet, create my outline there, and send back my cutting file. This way, I can get everything cut together without constantly adjusting. I have a DX model and the direct cut is still something that works better with a clear outline. You can use a clear sheet and draw the outline over it and scan them together, then take the clear sheet off and and you should have a better cut.

The "what ifs" always creep in. My goal is to give those to God, pray about it and let Him lead me in the right direction and to take away all doubt that it is the right decision. I don't always do this, BUT I am trying to change. It is a continuing battle. So good to know it isn't just me that does this!

The hardest part sometimes in making a decision is truly knowing that it is what God led you to and not just what you wanted. But usually once the decision is made you know if it was from Him or not. Easier when you know without a doubt before making the decision, but sometimes you just have to jump-knowing He will catch you either way!
