The Labor Service

Добавлен 12 фев 2020
We created this channel in order to breakdown the process of various projects and tasks. We can all pay someone to fix it for us, but why not save some money and put in some sweat. Labor is expensive, but if you have the patience to follow through many of our guides, it'll teach you some valuable skills that can be applied in life. Hopefully, we can help someone out there save money, learn something new, and have the ability to pass on the knowledge, or if not, just link them to our channel.
Our videos are not meant to be short. We will be trying our best to show and explain every single step. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. We'll be coming out with shorter clips for more advanced and impatient people :)

Hi, I have broken the white plastic or cermic seal which is in the Housing at 1:04. where can I buy the part?
dude, its impossibe to get that belt back on without serious force that is not good for the belt, you skipped that part where u actually got it seated with the belt, im assuming that you used the special tool
Hi! Where do you guys usually buy Nissan Transmission parts? I'm looking for a 2014 Nissan Versa Note Transmission Pulley set. Thanks
How does that primary gear come out? Tried a 1/2" impact to remove and it won't budge. Need to change it
Can you please send me a link to the reinstalling video of the Nissan versa transmission please .i can't find it. The videos have an older date
Can you tell me where you buy the parts to rebuild the transmission?
Put old brake pad on to caliper and then C clamp and turn back in to caliper and you will be Good 👍
Hi, Go to Doller tree and get flower plant hanging Hooks for your calipers.
Great job mate 👍👍
How to remove just the solenoids from the valve body? I undid the harness but it wont come out. Does it Pop right out?
the microphone was a terrible idea
❤❤❤❤❤❤
How do I find the CVT part number for my 2017 Versa SV so I can order the correct rebuild kit?
Very Helpful Content. Where did you get your torque specs for this? Do you have any manuals that you found on this. I cant find any. Any assistance is grateful. Enjoyed all of the vids for this series. Thank you.
Interessant de voir, ca donne envie de faire pareil. Top ce que vous faites
Ya no puedo
You did a great job 👍 . You could make 3 videos out of this video.. 1.. how to flash cvt transmission. 2.. how to replace and add a transmission cooler. 3.. how to replace a Nissan's transmission cartridge and filter.. I have a 2018 Nissan versa and you answer a question for me.. The question was , which is the return transmission line and on the cooler and you pointed it out..
Did you get a new pulley and belt set or reuse your pulleys?? Also here is the service bulletin for how to rebuild it. static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10167363-0001.pdf
Damn good job. 👍🇺🇸🔧🪛🛠️🧰🔩
How hard are the springs in the pulleys, just hard enough to help the pulleys return to zero speed or does the hardness vary with the amount of engine torque?
Nice work brother.
Did you swap the pulleys to or just the belt the ones I got in look just slightly different but enough to make me not want to install it haha my belt wasn’t broke but car was hurting and lunging bad….belt was wore pretty bad aswell as steels had decent wear im just wondering if I need to swap those or can I send it with just a new belt
Thanks for the help man youre a lifesaver
Truqeu inspection problem
Vraiment j'ai aimé merci
Wow! been doing one of these for a week and finally found YOU!!! I just got mine completely apart and I am trying to decide the condition of my belt. Glad to find this!
Finding all the new parts especially the steel belt is a problem.
Great job! Liked and subscribed I'm having trouble putting the pulleys back into their housing after rebuilding all seals, it seems as if the belt rides deeper within the pulley groove on the secondary on yours, on mine the belt rides right where the steel bands are, in yours the belt is fully within the secondary pulley. Any advice or help how I can add slack by getting the belt further into the secondary pulley channel? Thank you
Thank you very much, been a big help with my rebuild. I have discovered an easy way to install the variators. How can I send you a video? You can use it if you wish.
How did you do it
I compressed the belt into the driven pulley slightly with a bar clamp, then simply pried them apart, this allows the slack created to to further separate the variators
Awesome video, but man do I wish I never bought a Nissan. 2013 Maxima, transmission was replaced 20k miles ago. Seems like its failed! It starts to not want to go up in rpms when it gets hot after 20 minutes of driving. Got the stepper motor code and pressure control solenoid stuck. I put a whole new valve body in. Still works fine for about 20 minutes but RPMS start to lag when giving it gas and will shudder when guving it gas from stop. Cant drive far. Also a metal scraping noise when driving. No codes anymore though. If you have any idea what it could be, I sincerely appreciate any input. I just dont get why it works when cold but not after it gets hot after 20 minutes.
Going to to rebuild mine. Everyone told me it cannot be done blah blah. This man proved the world is not flat
Or did he prove it is? 😅
I tried and thought I was successful, it only lasted less then a month lol, then just replaced it with a salvaged one
Hey dude I wanna say thank you Because of you I was able to reinstall everything inside so I kept watching since your first video about the primary and secondary pulley ensemble thank you I know it’s hard recording a whole process but you did a great job So this is my first cvt JF015 rebuild with no experience or knowledge at all but it’s was fun and it took me long time but the second one it’ll be easier more familiarize to it So I’ll put it back on soon and I will stop by to let you guys know what happened hopefully it’s working perfectly. Bye 🤞
Hey bro I have a 2017 nissan vers sv and my transmission took a carp is hard to replace the parts?
Absolutely a life saver.
Are the 3 identical solenoids interchangeable? I bought some aftermarket solenoids and they have different part numbers.
Cool. Who would do something as good for my car?
How do you get the solenoid pin out in the first place?
How do you get the solenoid springs out in the first place?
Where did you order parts for rebuild
Good morning, it is the same procedure for any Nissan Versa
Bro thanks for all this videos Question did you resolved the the problem once you putted it back on?
Hey mate, do you know what size and thread the test ports are on this? i want to test my pressures with an external gauge
Gracias por compartir
question about the forward clutch pack after both snap rings and clutch plates removed theres a gasket at the bottem does this come with the master rebuild set?
Fucken awesome dude
Do you have to remove the driver side front tire to get to the transmission cooler filter?
