Coming from an Italian family, I am passionate about home cooking, fresh ingredients and healthy options when preparing meals. My wish is to pass along my cooking experience, to introduce you to healthier ways to choose ingredients, to pass on recipes and to share authentic Italian dishes and traditions. Cutting down on preservatives is always on my mind, so when possible, I’ll share ways to make things from scratch and to add a bit of color to make a meal a bit more healthy!

Thank you so much!! In this recipe, the onions soak up most of the sauce. But if you want more sauce in the dish, just add more sauce and then a teaspoon or so of paste to thicken it up! It would be delicious that way too!

I made this focaccia tonight , I used 1 1/2 cups of water in your video you say 1/2 cup with the yeast your recipe says 1/3 cup but I watched many focaccia video and the dough should be wetter . Your recipe says 1 tbs of salt i thought this was too much I used 1 1/2 tsp and it was perfect , I would rather add some salt at the end then have too much salt you can add you can’t remove it ! . The dressing makes this recipe taste so freaking good !! it’s better eaten at room temperature it was so good . Thanks !

I'm so sorry. Did you use the Snow Clams? I have to be honest, recently they have been very chewy for me too. Very upsetting. II have since switched to minced Cento clams.
