with regards to TBATE, I have read both the manwha and the light novel (both extremely good by the way), but in doing so, sometimes I confuse the manwha and light novel together. There aren't many differences between the two, the main one being that the light novel is obviously much further along than the manwha, and because of that reason, I can confuse stuff that hasn't happened yet to the manwha and accidentally spoil things, and I almost did it with this one but caught myself. Another similar trope is experiencing a lifetime, then going back to a point in their youth where they could change their fate with their memories. Think my favorite one was an Old man who saved his grandson, who the universe was trying to isekai. Instead of solving issues with violence and social revolution, he talks things out, mentors people, and disseminate advice to even those that spite him. Oldman in a Counterworld got axed unfortunately, but it's somewhat poetic, because even the universe wanted another young adult to be the protagonist, but grandpa protected his grandson from the fate of being isekai'd.
