    Sometimes it's not worth spending money on a full exhaust system like on a car like this, but you still want a visual upgrade from stock. I am going to do the same thing for my toaster. Its a beater with barley 100 hp so this is a perfect option.

    Thanks for this video. I'm removing my Tanabe DF210s and putting my original springs back on. I'm having difficulties removing the front strut that I didn't experience in the original install. Once the two bottom bolts are removed there is tension that makes it stuck there and I can't compress the strut enough to remove it from the brake assembly. Top bolt is still on keeping the compression. Any suggestions?

  • @TheWilferch
    @TheWilferch 5 лет назад

    Don't call the rear a "strut"....it's a simple "shock" (or "damper" as the English more properly call it). The front uses a MacPherson "Strut" design, that has the coil wrap around the shock-piece. The rear is not like this therefore it's not a strut. Otherwise, good tutorial. Funny.....timeline 1:30 - 1:55.... WOW.... must be a California car, little girlie tap with the hammer and finger-spin the nut off....yeah right!..... NOT if your car is from the NorthEast !!!! haha.
