Power zoom is slower than a manual zoom. You can set the speed on the wheel. I’ve set it to both. When I do use it, I prefer slower as it seems smoother.

So many scenic stops all along the 101, it is worth every mile!

When I travel and take the Pro to the gym/treadmill, I always use headphones. It's great on a treadmill with the screen size. But yeah, at home using the speakers, they are nice and loud. It all adds to the immersion of the content you are viewing. To think about it, there's no other iPad with the face ID. I'm so used to it on the iPhone, Have with your new gadget!

I ate all of them, it didn't help me either. They were so delicious. Inexpensive too. There's time when you just crave a doughnut. Sadly, it doesn't even need to be a good doughnut, but when you get a good one even better.

Thank you for the kind words! Yeah, there's more differences like that M4 vs M2 chip, but they are all really fast and responsive. That display is something though. That magic keyboard is really something needed when it comes to using Final Cut Pro for the iPad, and the new keyboard is that little extra you get when you get the Pro version. Check your settings on the a7iv and ensure you have Clear Image Zoom turned on. That should give you 1.5x zoom on the focal range you choose.

There's something about this big screen that is a pleasure to use, and when it's portable, it's even better. One of the products I'm dreaming of Apple bringing back is their Airport Extreme. I still use many of them as my main router. Add it to the list.

Should be very similar. The only difference may be the thickness/size of the pad. It may be slightly smaller.

You too, thanks for sharing your usage journey. Coming from the 16 and going to the 14, the portability was very nice. I just really missed that immersive 16" screen size. Even with a higher end 14, I always had that feeling of FOMO with the 16. Yeah, this M4 Pro seems to be a good middle ground. I do notice the export times, but I think it will be just fine.

I'll see what I can do next time, I'm listening with headphones with pretty low volume but can still hear myself.

Great question, for editing, it never really gets above a barely warm. I'm using smaller files in the form of H.265 4k 4:2:2 from a Sony camera. The only time it gets warm is when transferring a large amount of files, 20-30 gigs at a time, onto the drive. But it cools right back down. As far as throttle speed, I've never really noticed it being slow. I just can't tell your for a fact that it hasn't throttled. Hope this helps.

Yes it starts with out key assembled. Fob must be in close proximity though. Look inside your key fob to see if the chip piece is still there. It is the small oval piece that I had to swap into my new fob. I am thinking when your key broke your transponder may have fallen out. Does the key light on the dash flash orange when it wont start? If so that may be the issue. Missing the security component to keep your car from being stolen. If you have AAA they will come programe a new key fob and all included in your membership. My dad has lost his honda keys 2x now. Paid for it self vs. towing his car.

It does yes, the pad itself is not sticky, the heat can be felt at the surface.

What was wrong with the M4 Pro? I am thinking about getting the Base model m4, but just upgrading the ram to 24gb (because I use final cut and logic music software). However, I can currently get a NEW base model m2 Pro mac mini (512GB/16gb) for about the same price (clearance pricing). I'm not sure which way to go. The Base m4 only has 4 performance cores vs 6 on the m2 pro, but the single core speed is much higher on the m4.

@@dendennis3053 I felt it needed additional ports or a port dock. It got warm quickly for some games. But ultimately its a great computer that compares badly with a used M2 pro with more ram and double the ssd size and at 3/5th's of the price.

@@kjltube Looks like you found a nice specked out m2 Pro, congratulations. I much prefer the port selection on the m2 Pro also, otherwise I'd have shell out for a good quality dock with the m4, more expense! And I seem to be one of few people that hates the m4 power button location, because I always turn my computer off when I finish. Imagine trying to turn on the m4 if you have SSDs and dongles hanging out of every port or have it under a computer monitor support stand, it's very impractical.

That M2 Pro is a great machine, tons of memory, along with all that storage. Awesome!

So mini, but so good, sadly I ate all of them in one sitting...

@@kosmicjedi I think the M2 handles 4K very very well. Here’s my thought, the M4 is out and the M4 is the new standard. Come next spring or summer depending on where you live. Apple will always run an education sale so you’ll end up getting the M4 Mac mini for the same hundred dollars off plus the gift card plus extra percent off of Applecare. I definitely think if you can get an M2 for a great price it will be fine for now and later. Hopefully this helps you out.

You're 100% correct, the nano-texture one did receive way more glare. But this was the intention, I wanted to see how well it handled it. I can 100% say I don't really ever notice the glare on the glossy display unless it's sitting right next to the nano-texture display. The glossy display does handle glare very well despite the side-by-side comparisons.

@@momanddadmeetworld yeah, glossy works well, but I can't use glossy anymore after nano-texture :D For my home office I would pick mbp 16 or mini/studio, but for "work and travel" I have 14" nano texture, pure joy

@@NullTypeError Yeah, the 14 with the nano-texture is a great combo for travel/portability. The power, portability, and now versatility is a hard combo to beat. I literally just switched back to the 16. I will see how it holds up after a few trips planned. I might be switching back, we’ll see.

I would do a hard reset on your phone and try it again. Press volumee up, then volume down, and press and hold the power button until it resets.

We've always wanted to go to a true European Christmas Market. They look so festive and movie-like. I'm sure in real life it may not be as magical but for now the magic is there. I was a bit taken aback when we went for the first time last year and there was an entry fee. We met friends there but were surprised of the fee. This year added the time slots. I was a bit taken aback by this too. If it were not for the 5$ (plus fee entry days) and it be $12.xx total for both of us, $25+ dollars per person seems a bit too expensive for that 1 time slot. The Pike is very festive and yes completely free to walk through.

With all the cables, it could definitely be more streamlined. This was more of a quick and messy testing the of Mac Mini and getting it activated to ensure it was not iCloud locked. The M4 will be almost identical in terms of power draw. It's really running these at full load that tends to draw more power from the inverter. I just actually returned the M4 and am using the M2 Mac Mini. New video on this to come very soon.
