What are those hubcaps?

Did you add other parts, or did you just take the parts from the car and reuse them?

Does this not work for anyone else? I've been trying to upload the list to bricklink and keep on getting error message after error message - mentioning that the XML format is not supported, or that there can't be any color duplicates... help please? I want to surprise my 10yo with this for Xmas ;)

Finally got around to building mine and added motor functions. I went through three versions of cars but settled now on larger cars on top of roller coaster carts that hug the track and can run around curves with ease. I had to modify the station to be a bit larger and taller than you had recommended when using the original set cars but very worthwhile.

0:37 is kinda illegal, pins from headlamp bricks (4070) stresses the 1x1 brick. I believe you can achieve similar result by stacking 1x1 plates and 1x1 tile on a headlamp brick.

How is that not an official set yet!?!

It's nice that you show the parts needed in your video, but could you also include the part numbers? It's easier to search them that way, every part has a specific number in the LEGO catalogue...

This hood would've been perfect if all the tiles had been smooth tiles, now there are still 2 studs left and right in front of the windshield... Isn't there another option to solve this with a smooth tile?

This is a great fix but please remove the annoying fade in beteeen pictures

Id still prefer the original version the studs on the side are meant to represent the grills on the hood of the real car this mod just makes the front really bulky

Correction for the parts list: The list includes the Power Functions rechargeable battery pack, part 84599, but the motor in the parts list and used in the video doesn't have the correct connector for that battery. The battery pack shown in the video looks like the Powered Up Hub, part 88009, which does have the correct connector.

Thanks to the video creator for designing this awesome set, and giving these excellent instructions for motorizing it. I'm trying to collect all of the parts to put a set together in 2024, but the motorization instructions linked in the video description are the only ones I've found anywhere (Lego, Brickset, etc). Does anyone know where I can download the original instructions? Thanks.
