It's called a bismark donut
How do these freeze? So if you wanted to make a batch in advance, all you had to do was pull what you needed and heat them up in the oven right back to as if they were fried that day.
😊är du dum på riktigt?
😨
Stunning. Was hoping to make them at home😢
can you explain what the difference is between the "Raised A" and 775 Emulsified?
Can u guys try milky filling
Nice instruction although I wish you would have shown the bottom, that's the part everyone has trouble with. If they are not completely coated (bottom as well) then they will go stale quickly. How do you do the bottoms? thanks bunches

what size tip ?
Helpful tips 😍
how do you stop a fried cake plain donut stop cracking not looking foe the ring as in sour cream fried cake)
It does that if it's upside down for the first minute. If you can see a mark where it hit the fryer bottom, flip it asap or it'll open
Can these monchi donuts recipy be baked???
Promo*SM
Oh man the struggles I had with Dawn products, so thankful I found these videos😢
Any baker I've talked to does it this same way. They order the apples & sauce from their supplier, also the dough or the specific ingredients. I would definitely cook my own apples with butter and cinnamon, whatever spices you want to use. Then you chop up the dough into smaller pieces, add more cinnamon, and really just do like chef did in his video. Don’t have gloppy apples & sauce. Deep fry in hot oil. Experiment with 350°F to 375°F. You don't want greasy fritters. They are done when they turn a darker brown, so make sure you don’t make them real thick.
What type of oil are you using?
they're probably using canola or sunflower, but if you're looking for that classic fairground taste i believe they use shortening to obtain that.
Donut shops use shortening that comes in a big block cube to fry donuts.
How we will know it ready to put in proof box
It’s clearly not oil but fat or shortening
Thanks so helpful
What type of yeast is used? Active dry, instant or activation needed?
Dawn suggests compressed yeast
@@likina1366 In the video is either active dry or more likely instant dry yeast.
When I pick donuts up to dunk in icing there are always indentions from where I picked the donut up to stick in the icing. How do you prevent that? Your donuts look perfect
Recipe for the glaze and cake please?
