i have found that using ANY air flow to dry the paint quicker causes the paint to form a skin that makes it take longer to dry because the solvent can't evaporate as readily from the paint...

So when doing camo , do i do a lots everywhere?

Fantastic demonstration and thank you for also sharing the paints used. Two questions for you: how would you adapt this if you didn't have the dry brush and how did you separate the model from the base after painting so you could work on the base again?

I never understood why they are putting whips on bloodthirsters, doesnt feel like a Khorne-y weapon at all. Probably because of the balrog they copied but still, literally any brute force weapon would work, the whip is a nimble, slaanesh weapon IMO.

i have a little question did you painted legs balck like under the knee balck and gold this fragment of armour under the knee couse i dont know how did you achive this like pink/purple toes and black calf. BTW amazing build and paint

How would you compare the strength/load of the first two drybrushes of the grey and the metal? Seems like the grey drybrush is much stronger than the metal one

What kind of glue would you recommend for plastic models like those? I've never done miniature stuff and I was surprised to see that I had to assemble these when I opened the box.

When doing my 30k Death Guard I end up with a similat scheme but using Rakarth flesh as basecoat, Pallid Wych as an all over drybrush, Agrax in recesses then the fun part an all over sepia wash

Do you need to wait for the other colors to dry before using the wash? Should I use a clear coat on top of the miniatures after they’re painted?

Which brush are you using at 4:00? It looks fantastic! Initially I thought it was a rubber tip because of how well it flexes and sticks together, but I'm pretty sure they're bristles. Great paint job btw! I don't have an airbrush, but am tempted to invest in one at some point.

I wish the Luna Wolves would get their own army and Codex. Something about a chapter seeking atonement for the sins commit by their Primarch Horus would make for good theme battles with the Luna Wolves and the Black Legion.

Head's up for anyone looking to replicate this. When it comes to the 'drybrushing' stages of oranges and reds. Load up your brush way more than you think, it should pretty much be wet. I tried actually drybrushing and got a drastically different result, so try pretty much painting it on. The result looks more like a pissed off red than a bright hot orange/red

Great job on the miniature!!! I just have one question cause i really liked the work on the metallics....u go with a base of rhinox hide and then layer the first metallic or just dry brush them on the rhinox?
