It’s been a bit hectic, but overall, I’m doing amazing! I hope you’re doing well as well. You’re probably the first person to ask me that on this channel so I really appreciate it. I’m sure you have your own reasons for documenting. If views and subs aren’t your main reasons for doing so, then there is no reason is concern yourself of them. Knowing your purpose for documenting is very important because that’s what helps you be consistent. Thank you for the love and support on the videos. 1M subs would be great, but it isn’t the main objective of this channel. I’ve always wanted to provide value to people other than my friends and family so it’s comments like these that motivate me to make more. Again, thank you for the love and support🥰

@@conquerwestfilms the time difference did it's thing cuz my day is already over i did well in the exam but still don't love college any way yeah my purpose of decontamination is to use it as a therapy to talk to someone i know and comfortable with witch is myself as i don't have any friends it's also could be used as diaries. I am glad that you care more about value than numbers you're already adding value to us.

College is what you make out of it. Take advantage of all the resources they provide, make good relationships, learn how to have intellectual discussions, learn how to write, and enjoy exploring different subjects. I didn’t like my college too so I took advantage of their study abroad program and got what I needed from there. Again, college is what you make out of it. It you’re not having a good time, then find a way to solve your issue. In terms of friends, I also didn’t have many friends in college either (or at least people that I considered my friends). I highly recommend exploring different organizations and clubs in your college. Those are the places you’ll have a better chance making friends. You sound like a nice and sincere person so just see what’s out there! It might be scary at first and you may not succeed all the time, but you won’t solve anything if you don’t try. You’d be surprised that there are good people out there😄

I do want to preface anything I'm saying with that I'm also relatively new to this so take my words with a grain of salt. I think you just need to put more practice on perfecting your craft. You may not know what that is yet, but I think figuring that out is part of the process. Honestly, I don't think I can nitpick on one aspect of the video because it looks like you're new to this and you're figuring things out. So my advice is just create more!

Yes! Bryan Adam Castillo has a whole cinematic video guide shot from an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Megan Tan also made videos with her phone that you can check out. Vuhlandes doesn’t use a phone, but you can definitely learn from how he shoots. There’s so much more on RUclips so I highly recommend you check it out for yourself. Cinematography is not about how expensive your camera is, but how you use the camera. Hope this helps!

There are memories even I don’t want to remember, but I don’t just ignore them because anyone who has those kinds of memories know that they always stick with you. At that point, it’s a matter of how you handle them. Now, in the context of documenting, every memory or experience, whether good or bad, contributes to who you are today. How you document that is up to you. I’m not sure if I answered your question, but I hope this helps☺️

You’re in a wayyy better position than I am. You’re already making stuff when I just started in my late 20s! I’ll be making a video that answers your question in detail so I’ll try to get that out soon. For now, my advice is don’t worry about how well your video is going to do or if people would even watch it. Just get something out there first and then try to improve at least one aspect each video. I spent so much time planning and worrying for what I wanted the channel to be like even before putting out one video! At some point, I realized I just needed to get something out there. People these days want instant gratification when art is about the journey to creating your craft. Right now, focus on figuring out what your craft is. To do this, you need to put in a lot of practice and get results. My first videos were filmed on my iPhone X and I only recently upgraded because I had the means to do so and thought that it would get me more views. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. There are so many other variables that make a great video. I know this was a lengthy answer, but I hope this helps! I look forward to your journey😁

I totally know where you’re coming from. I’ll be making a video about how you can get started, so hopefully I can get that out for ya. To be honest, I would advise to just get something out there. You won’t know if people would watch it or not unless you try. I mean, it looks like you watched my earlier videos. I had no idea what I was doing when I first started out. @@conquerwestfilms Thank you for your reply, you're right that at least capturing something is more important. I will look into a film camera at some point too- though not sure what is best for travelling i.e. (smallish and easy to handle)- do you have any recommendations?

Honestly, I’m bias towards Sony camera. I would look into the RX-100 VII or a6700. I think Canon has some good portable options as well like the G7 X. Hope this helps!
