Only in the United States require a fishing license. That’s how regulated ($$) the government’s is. Check anywhere in the world 🌎. It’s open to all except for commercial fisheries. Fishing license should at least be prorated for whatever is left in the year or expire a year later from when the date is purchased. AMERICA IS GREAT!!
