Your Bandsaw needs some tightening to the floor. It probably takes more time to make this tiny folding knife than a kitchen knife.

Damn those are some fine ass blades how much would those go for at market? Make a machete like you made those sweet ass knives. Can you get files that big? Some throwing knives would be cool and deadly stingers and use spring steel the same type zombie tools makes their swords with and 5 time champion instinctive knive thrower Adam Celadin would like and has his Czech blades made from also 😎 knives though love the raw ass and detailed beveling to the knives you didn't skimp anywhere would love to see some machetes and throwing knives and maybe a spear made in like fashion like a post apocalyptic walking stick 12" blade with a 3" or 4" tang yeah I type a lot😅😅.😅😅

Nice machine... I was looking at that one until I watched several videos with others that bought the PM-728VT. Even though it's a substantial increase in price, it seems like it's worth it. But I'd gladly take the machine you have if I couldn't have afforded the more expensive option. Glad PM made things right for you... Everything I've seen about them, says their customer service is excellent. I've had several informative and enjoyable conversations with PM people. Answered all my questions and I feel like they're worth trusting for a relatively expensive purchase. Enjoy your new machine and I hope you're getting a lot of good use out of it!

How thick is the rod you used? Would 1/4 thickness work?

What a bummer, my PM25 worked fine out of the crate. Only thing I dislike are the plastic carriage stop levers, they broke easily .

at this point they should of sent you a new mill

Just a tip from a machinist btw, you should use cutting fluid or oil when drilling and teaming to prolong the life of your cutting tools. Also, you should pick up some center drills or 120 degree spotting drills to start your hole instead of using a countersink. if you plan to use end mills a lot you should get a mist coolant system like a fog buster. You will also largely benefit from a rotary table for the mill for cutting the stop pin slot. They’re a lot more accurate and safe. Lastly you should get some twist cant clamps for holding your material down instead of using spring clamps. That way it will be sure to never move while drilling/ milling
