Well I hope this helps someone, you should stay away from this panel. I own one myself and they DO NOT produce anywhere near what is claimed. Assume 50% less than claimed and that would be in ideal conditions. In real world average you will be lucky to get 7 amps at 13.1v which is about 100-120watts. Furthermore some others have shown what will happen to the panels if left out too long, they become useless in less than a year. The charge controller is cheap. For a pinch you can use them, but long term save your money and get a real panel or at least the hard ones from a named brand. Not knocking anyone who got these including the poster, I too bought one of these a couple years ago.

Did you have to remove the panel that you installed the switches into? Popping out the gray panel is pretty easy. But I like where you mounted your switches...just curious if you removes the panel also or just cut them in while the panel was in place? If so, how did you remove it? Thanks! Great video.

Does your battery drain down? My battery drains down. I tapped power from my cigarette lighter for a power source and grounded directly to my chassis to run my light bar.

The side of the switch with 3 pins are you ground hot and relay. The side with 2 pin is a ground and hot that goes to power source that goes on and off with the ignition. If you don’t want the light to go on and off with the ignition just use the 3 pin side and not the 2 pin. It will light up when turned on but it won’t stay lit unless the the switch is turned on

Hi, is the power directly connected to the batter ? Would that run down the battery ? I installed mine and I didn’t see the light on switches coming off so I did the wording a little different. But I would love to have the lower light stay on while the truck is running

Great duty belt set up. I use Bianchi elite basket weave duty belt and Safariland pouches. 23 years into my dept. Nothing has changed. I suggest you remove the TQ put it in your cargo pants. Remove that back taser pouch to. If you have a vest put some of your equipment in that. If you do not then put them in the your cargo pants. You kids have to think about your backs! Your oc spray belongs in the front of your holster for quick deployment. I'm a FTO to.
