The terminology of wrap is the problem you need to rip through the tackle
Lever Spill Lever! great breakdown coach
Rb a goofy gotta follow the pull
Running back didn't follow the pulling guard. That simple
"head out of contact"....gonna miss tackles and runners will run out of plenty too. I know we need to be safe and don't want them leading with the head, but that is why they wear helmets and have facemasks. just my opinion, love the drill and points. thanks!
Recently came across your channel and wanted to express my appreciation. Great explanations, clear examples on film, amazing stuff! I've started using your vids to help teach my sons.
Ty for that God bless your day
Possibly one of the worst break downs I have ever seen
What are some reasons why a team would bomber in to help the run, opposed to bombering to give more protection for a playaction pass or a deep shot?
Like in this clip, bombering just caused another defender to be in the box or at least creep in to anticipate the run

What am i watching here Grown men that need safety equipment and armour to play a boring sport, watered down weak as piss Rugby 🏉 clone and a bad one at that..
You would die trying to play this sport… I’m English to.

We choked the three peat last year
Great video. As a high school line coach over 20 years to help the tackler to stay low, I used dip and rip in place of fire the hips. Dip the hips fire the arms around and up around the ball carrier. Same concept different cue. I learned fire the hips and taught that early in my coaching but had some players that were to high, so switched to dip and rip. It worked better for me.
I’ve played offensive guard in little league and D end in highschool and I gotta say D end was wayyy more fun
a think combo blocking G/C letting 3 tech go would have been more effective…further the RB has to flatten out …..remember football is always angles
Smart play
That would be so op in madden
No cap I’m a litle late
If they do that just fall on them. It’s legal.
This video sucks. Dude talk to much just the darn drill
The dippers are always the toughest to block. You teach OTs to hit their chest square, but here you really need to square their back and get them on the ground, otherwise you’re chasing a guy much faster than you. That’s why bend and elite burst gets you in the top 10, or 30 to the Eagles if you’re Nolan Smith.
Why are all the best female athletes male?
look like bad blocking to me
Always appreciate you sharing your wisdom coach! Regards from Winnipeg
Thanks coach. Seems like a classic nick Sablan near leg near shoulder
Coach.. just for my reference those cones look like they're a yard apart and a yard either side of the start point?
