not sure if anyone mentioned, but keep in mind that to unlock past event costs 3x "penumbra can" and to unlock past character story cost 1x. You get only one of them from completing weekly task so it will take a while to unlock them all.

1:50:56 R1999 did do a pretty interesting "collab"/art exhibition event for their 1 year anniversary in LA at an art gallery. IslandXD and Mina Aoyama did a Vlog on it if you're interested on what was shown there (though they do mention stuff in later chapters so spoiler warning).

That one person got Sonetto's age wrong, and also a few others prior. She's 16 the same as Vertin, she even might be slightly older since her birthday on Jan 10 was just when she was adopted by the Foundation.

For the character stories noted in these trailers, there's basically two types: Event Character Stories and Anecdotes. The event character stories usually highlight the 6* characters for the event and usually are only there for a limited time (when the event story is added to "Reflections" aka becomes permanent, they usually add the event character stories too, though you do lose the ability to get the rewards during the limited event run). Most of these character stories give you a way to demo the gameplay of that character, and some have mini-games (like puzzles or simulators) that go with the story. There's a mix of standalone event character stories, and ones that tie to the event main story (usually for these, the game thankfully gives you a big warning message that the character story will spoil the event). Anecdotes usually highlight existing characters, and Bluepoch tends to prioritize lower rarity characters (though Anecdotes for 6* characters do exist). All Anecdotes are permanent; the difference is that during the event, the new anecdote doesn't require consuming a Penumbra Can (an item you get after completing your weeklies), and new anecdotes also have ways to get rewards (usually including a new 5* Psychube, which is like a "weapon" equip in R1999, and an item to upgrade 5* Psychubes). There is still a reward for completing Anecdotes outside of the event period, though it is less.

I'd say check out the 2.1 event story if you find time. It is true that it is connected to the 2.0 event and stuff that happens in chapter 7, but without the full context, I don't think it will ruin those experiences based on how these are referenced. Plus in general, it's just a really good story; probably my favorite event story so far (though I do have a bias towards the horror events lol).

About the amount of pulls for Reverse. Remember that they don’t have a weapon banner so every pull you get will only go to the characters . The Event/chapter shop always has the 6* “weapon” and all materials to nearly max lv the first banner character for free

I'd say Nikke is very f2p friendly, maybe a 4. ¿why? because unlike other gacha games, you can do everything with a Single copy, no dupes needed unless you are a competitive whale. You can destroy everything with a single copy because skills are not bounded to dupes. Also, you can save the Pitty for whatever banner you want.

is funny how for the art it’s completely opposite for me I really like the more darker color scheme of Reverse instead of the super bright ones from most other games. For characters to go crazy for i’m gonna wait for your 1.4 Trailer reaction to 37 and 6 xD Current Reverse event plays in 1990 Texas ;) Reverse Fandom is not big but they support new Streamer or even reaction vids a lot

Reverse 1999 has introduced me to so many streamers I wouldn't have otherwise come across. I'm glad you've enjoyed the game so far. The first few chapters can take some getting used to, what with the terminology and awkward Chinese to English translations, but Bluepoch took our constructive feedback to heart and has really improved the experience. I'm always excited to watch new play throughs, so I'll keep my eyes peeled for the poll. 🙂

The story is really great and I love the unique art style. A stream just reacting to the Songs and Trailers would be fun too.
