As always Bri a lovely video. I do love your relaxed style. As for gaming, you should try Farming Simulator 2025. And maybe some of the earlier versions. The first version came out in 2009 and every two or three years since. It's also a 'modded' game. So lots of interest and variety.

I know youve thought about every angle. I also know you dont want to work for free. But are there any (un)paid internships you can do to build your network with these dream-job employers? A little affirmation might help lift your spirits and keep your creative juices peaking. And an internship might give some very attractive experience. Your partner and you are a team. You take care of him and he takes care of you. These dates you go on are v important. Keep them up and keep vlogging. Not sure where you are, but if you are west of the city then you are close to probably the best 'palace' experience in the UK which is Hampton Court. Check ahead, there are some days of the week when the kitchen is open, it has period correct musicians - not only period correct, but put in the context of the areas of the palace, so near the royal chambers you get very 'classical' styles of music, in the knights hall etc. you might get more medieval yacht rock type music, and down in the kitchens some pretty raucous music - the medieval equivalent of walking past a building site and hearing 'classic rock' blaring. If you happen to have watched the recent tv series Wolf Hall, then there is a connection, the Palace was owned by Cardinal Wolsey and he gave it to Henry Vlll to try and stay on the right side of him. Henry built huge extensions to the palace - it was one of his favourite places. A number of historic events happened there, Anne Boleyn had her own apartments there, Jane Seymour died there. Certain events were well chronicled, some like the birth of Edward Vl also had music written for them, these are sometimes re-enacted - complete with music and outfits. There is another palace not too far from Hampton court, and one that’s a bit creepy, much smaller but within the grounds of Kew Gardens is where 'Mad King George' was kept. Kew gardens are amazing. They are hundreds of years old and still the most important gardens in the world. When other places around the world are having problems or need knowledge or experience, they call Kew. There was a series called 'A year at Kew' that you might find in iplayer or somewhere, it’s a truly incredible place, it has an incredible history and is still the most advanced and involved institution in botanical science.

Best to be away from London to get housing then visit london when you want.You will save alot of money too.

Continued good luck on the job hunt. It’s really dire right now. I’ve applied to over 70 jobs this year. I’ve got a spouse visa here but from what I’ve heard from others is that the systems filter out anyone who doesn’t have indefinite leave to remain and even if they only ask if you have right to work they might filter out for nationality. So great. DRAW recruitment might be worth contacting re: arts industry jobs and they’re a reputable recruiter.

Bri you should keep talking about your job issues it's cathartic, why is it men can walk into a job in the UK but not so easily for a women? Bri may I suggest the next time you go for a job interview you dress like man and wear a mastache no but seriously why don't you try to talk with an English accent then when you get the job you can revert back to an american accent just an idea.

Girl, I just moved here less than 2 years ago, and i relate to you so much, especially how this new situation makes you feel about yourself. Im looking for job now too and its roughless. I used to be able to do anything on my own and support myself fully, but now im getting anxiety just stepping out of the house and have to heavily rely on my partner as well. The job i currently have was amazing where i moved from but in here its bare minimum. I hope we both get out of that rut though and we will nail it and sometime maybe our path will cross in design field 💖

Why would you Americans want to move to the UK when the Americans do everything nicer, greater, bigger, prettier and most of all BETTER than anyone else?

The museums out there are so amazing! I loved both the Tim Burton and Barbie exhibits. The carnival really was nostalgic. I haven’t been to one in so many years. I can’t believe it’s going to be a whole year of you being out there already. This year has flown by.

Love the ornaments you picked up for family...I have a couple of the crowns..got them when I was over there in UK...also a nice gift are dish towels from Harrods or I should say tea towels...they also have nice tins of cookies ...love shopping at Harrods...great day out to the museum to see the Barbie and Tim Burton...there are so many neat parks there to spend the day...love your videos keep them coming..My daughter always said London was always nice at the holiday...
