“your brain on…” is a series where I comb through the lyrics of three of an artist’s songs and use them to come to conclusions on the perspective, philosophy, and emotions the music is attempting to convey
in today’s episode, we’ll be analyzing three songs from Nick Drake, an English folk musician whose pensive lyricism and bleak instrumentals have garnered a large posthumous cult following.
